My room on the fifth floor thank you for owner to take my laggauge to my room and bring it down when I check out early near fes old town and blue gate.the complimentary is rooftop view.

En el Riad hay chinches.
There are bedbugs in the Riad.
Il y a des punaises de lit dans le Riad.
Estuvimos en una habitación y me picaron en varios sitios, maté 3 y fruto de las picaduras tuve una reacción alérgica, nos cambiaron a otra habitación y me volvieron a picar ya que esa habitación también estaba infestada.
La dirección del hotel lo sabe puesto que se defienden diciendo que los trajo un turista francés.
Se desentendieron de los costes médicos que me ha acarreado su falta de higiene.
Hemos tenido que tirar parte del equipaje por el riesgo a que algún chinche o huevo podría haberse metido en la maleta o entre la ropa, hemos tenido que comprar productos para desinfectar parte del equipaje y dejarlo en cuarentena.
Es un delito gravísimo contra la salud pública.
Muy negligentes.

No podríamos haber encontrado mejor hostal. Súper limpio, personal amable que te ayuda en cualquier momento que necesites. Vistas impresionantes. Ojo si no te gusta escaleras, porque hay bastantes peldaños... Ahora, te llevan a una terraza donde ves todo Fez elbali. Puedes comer en el hostal con previo aviso. Muy buen couscous con pollo y verduras. Puedes comer en la terraza con esas vistas bonitas. La ubicación está muy bien. 10 minutos de la puerta azul y 5 minutos de la plaza central de la medina (museo de madera). La zona no es peligrosa, nunca sentí miedo caminando por los callejones. Recomiendo comer en The Ruin Garden.

El sitio y las instalaciones más que aceptables; la ubicación no está mal, pero está ubicado a 15 minutos caminando de la Puerta Azul y a dos callejones de una de las calles principales de la Medina.
Ahora bien, la atención por parte del chico que lo lleva deja mucho que desear. Va de simpático, pero con nosotros fue bastante borde:
-No nos facilitó la llegada al Dar.
-No nos dio de cenar uno de los días, cuando avisamos con un día de antelación. Nos dijo que no se podía, en cambio a una señora francesa, sí le dio y más tarde que a nosotros.
-El desayuno se servía de 9 a 11h y uno de los días, a las 9:45h nos llamó a la puerta para que salieramos a desayunar.
-Al resto de huéspedes, franceses, les dio una botella de agua para el día y a nosotros nada y ni nos miró.
-No nos facilitó acompañamiento para ir del Dar a la Puerta Azul para coger un taxi e ir al aeropuerto (salíamos a las 4am y no se recomienda a los turistas caminar por la Medina de Fez pasadas las 19:30h).

One of my favorite stays in Morocco has been at Dar el Ouedghiri. The friendliest staff and the most authentic Moroccan experience I have had. Would definitely stay again when I visit Fes again!

Great breakfast and staff. The rooftop was fabulous offering great views over the rooftops and the general panarama of fes. Breakfast up here was excellent, both due to the view and the generous food offerings, although more coffee would be appreciated (only enough for 2 small cups, but it was so delicious). Narrow steep stairs to the different rooms was a problem for anyone with health issues. No tv for entertainent but certainly not needed.
