Good location. Great service. Spacious rooms. Only complaint was the hidden fees at checkout. Only facility I stay at claiming destination fees.

The hotel and staff were excellent, the place where the hotel is located looks more industrial place.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast/area is also a big plus.
The hotel is in a quiet/residential cul de sac, which is a bit remote from other dining options, etc.
If you want to be able to go out the lobby door and walk to restaurants, etc. this is not the place for you.

Excellent place to in Fresno. If you just need a get away from the kids this is a great place. The TV is just the right distance from the bed. Get dinner and bring it in the room and eat at the bar table in the room. Very clean and great bathroom.

It was an awesome stay for me! I wanted to get up early and start my drive back to Oregon. The room was clean, nice in freezer, and a very comfortable bed....I decided to sleep in, skip breakfast and head out well rested instead. Will continue to stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Fresno

A 2 room suite was 2 rooms with a queen bed each and a seating area (3rd room). Breakfast included.
Sometimes the room key didn't work.

The staff was so respectful and had the best customer service. I truly was impressed!
There’s a free continental breakfast on the weekends loaded with food. (Muffins, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, coffee, yogurt and even veggies!)
The room was clean. There were pots, pans dishes to use. I really enjoyed our stay and will be back. 👍

My family just simply needed a place to stay for a night that was safe as we were traveling with a baby. The hotel room we got was a good size with a kitchen. The room was perfect! It was clean, modern, quiet and inexpensive in comparison. We will definitely be choosing this hotel again when passing through Fresno.
