"This hotel is quite old. It was almost 10pm when we checked in, so it felt quite eerie. There was a metal gate to the room, and I had to swipe my room card to get in, which was quite scary. Once inside, I realized it was an old hotel, and the door lock wasn't very good. It took several tries to lock it. I was so scared that I couldn't sleep well all night! But when I woke up in the morning, the hotel environment wasn't as bad as I thought!"

"Jedno z NAJGORSZYCH doświadczeń hotelowych w moim życiu. Zarezerwowane z kilkumiesięcznym wyprzedzeniem na rodzinne wakacje, przejeżdżając przez Fresno, więc potrzebowałam tylko jednej nocy. Zarezerwowałam pokój trzyosobowy, ponieważ podróżowałam z synem i córką i byłam pod wrażeniem, że to była oferta. Jednak po przyjeździe powiedziano nam, że jedyny pokój został zarezerwowany poprzedniej nocy na kilkudniowy pobyt. OK, możemy się z tym pogodzić – więc poprosiliśmy o dwa pokoje w ramach rekompensaty i przystali na to. Pokoje były OBRZYDLIWE! Włosy w wannach, zepsute lampy, drzwi do łazienek były tak wypaczone, że nie chciały się zamknąć lub po prostu nie chciały się zamknąć, a deska sedesowa w jednym pokoju spadła z sedesu. Rygiel w jednym pokoju nawet nie działał! Kolejnym powodem rezerwacji tego hotelu (często zatrzymujemy się w Day’s Inn i nigdy nie trafiliśmy na kogoś, kto narzeka na brak jedzenia) była reklama śniadania kontynentalnego… no cóż, mieli dwa zepsute automaty do soków, jednego zielonego banana i puste pojemniki po płatkach, a kiedy zapytano, nie mieli już zapasów – i to NIE w ostatnich 30 minutach podawania śniadania! Jedynymi opcjami pozostały gofry własnej roboty i dwie kromki chleba na tosty – nasza rodzina jest czteroosobowa. Najbardziej komiczna część całego pobytu to reklama na tabliczce powitalnej: „Nowo wyremontowane pokoje!”. Co za żart. NIE zatrzymujcie się tutaj!!!"

"Rude receptionist, she was annoyed to answer our questions regarding swimming pool and breakfast times. The swimming pool is very small, it's a paddling pool, not really consistent with the retouched and dirty photo. The sofa in the room was black with dirt, all the towels were stained, there were hairs in the bed, the window was broken and the air conditioning was making a lot of noise, in short all the photos on the site are retouched to appear clean and luminous."

"Good hotel in the northern part of Fresno, a bit off the main highways but easily accessible via W Shaw Ave. The reception was friendly, and the lobby was inviting. The room was spacious enough and spotlessly clean. The closet was a bit narrow but offered enough storage space. The in-room coffee was decent, but unfortunately, there was only one pod of caffeinated coffee. The outdoor pool is very small, and I didn't get a chance to use it myself. The breakfast was very meager, with a very limited selection of hot food. Otherwise, it was the usual selection of cereals, bagels, and tasteless muffins."
