no elevator - and that wasn't indicated at check in. I had to come back to check-in... dragged all my bags in twice. The second time I dragged everything in, the same person told me to get back in my car and drive all the way around the property to my room. Never indicated there was NO elevator.
There is a restaurant and bar - separated from the check-in desk by a few black curtains.
The hallways are LOUD... you hear slamming doors all night.
The refrigerator was cranked so low it froze everything in it.
When you sit on the toilet you put your head in the door.

This hotel was a delight: Large rooms, comfy bed, professional staff and gratis healthy hot breakfast (I.e. no fake juice; good selection fresh foods offered in their restaurant). This is a hidden gem at a very favorable price point. Also, the heater/air conditioner is independent in each room so you can adjust the room temperature to your liking...Quiet and easy to use.

The big dark hair girl at front desk seems to make her own rules up as she goes. She told us we could not check in early and then had us wait 3 hours to just tell us they do jot take our credit cards even though we already paid 3 nights on trip.com. I asked to speak to manager but she lied and said there was no Mgr that day. Horrible.

I first visited this hotel in 2018. In 2022, this hotel is suffering a little from the aftermath of the pandemic. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, 3 chairs in the room, one office type, one straight chair and one easy chair, plus a work table. Mini-fridge in the room. Garden-facing rooms have a pleasant view. There were some minor deferred maintenance issues. No daily maid service, a Covid innovation that should be reversed, IMHO. The pre-pandemic excellent breakfast has now been reduced to a minimal "grab 'n go" bag. The 4 employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room rate on Trip.com was reduced appropriately given the reduced service.

My wife had trouble with the faucets in thetub and sink very stif for her to turn on.

Need carpet runners in hallways very noisy
Now on the ➕️ side very wll maintained the lobby is very nice the restaurant is very beautiful the breakfast was well prepared the help was very attentive. The check-in was very friendly

Good location. Staff was very friendly. Lots of shopping and food choices nearby. Hotel Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was a little small. The door pretty much came up to the toilet just barely clearing, and if you took a hot shower the ventilation system wasn’t great steamed up the mirrors very easily. Aside from the bathroom everything else was great.
