房間空間還不錯，停車免費，早餐稍微有些不夠整潔有序，可以選擇的也很少，缺的品類有的補充不夠完全。住宿還可以。

ランドリーを使用したかったが、ホテルのゲストではないような人たちがずっと使用していたため使えなかった。部屋のエアコンがほこりがたまっていて、スイッチを入れたらほこりだらけになると思ったので使わなかった。バスタオルも汚かった。二度と泊まりたくありません。

挺好的，入住方便，交通也方便

The staff I interacted were all really nice, helpful people. All my concerns checking in were addressed & handled. My concerns checking out were not, but the lady was still very polite & explained she would "talk to her boss" regarding a partial refund for there not being any hot water. I will follow up with them. There were several homeless people camped on the sidewalks outside of the room. One yelled at me when i wouldn't give him ********* or a cigarrete (i had neither) & proceeded to pour a can of tomato soup out onto the sidewalk when i didn't give him what he asked for. I let the front desk know but I'm unsure if they got rid of the issue because I stayed inside afterwards. My main complaint is that my room (137) had NO HOT WATER. At all. Not in the sink, not in the shower. I let it run about 20 mins in several positions in case it was finicky, but no hot water at all. Very upsetting because i needed a shower. I asked for a partial refund at the desk when i checked out but she didn't give me one. The heater was also really old & crappy. It only worked if i wedged a folded soda can into the side of the HEAT button to hold it to the left. I got it to work so I suppose I can't complain too much about that. Overall the motel is complete garbage, i do not recommend staying here unless you have no options... but the saving grace was it's staff.

I checked in at about 1pm and they wanted to charge me $15 for early check in, ended paying $7 extra, went to the room #157 and when I opened the door it smelled horrible I tried turning AC on and it made a lot of noise so I went out and housekeeper was there, I asked do all the rooms smell this bad and her answer was that they shouldn’t have given me that room because they had found someone that passed away and the room had not been cleaned properly , I went to the front desk and complained, the girl told me that she had forgotten about it, she switched me to another room but things didn’t look so good, sheets and towels looked old and worn out, I even wonder if they actually replaced them after checkouts, after this bad experience I don’t know if I’m ever staying at any of this franchises and the only reason I stayed is because it was non refundable and I really wanted to rest, also the room they gave me was next to the freeway and off-ramp which was pretty noisy, AC in the room worked but it had broken knobs so you couldn’t control the temperature, there were some people just oddly walking around the property some looked to be homeless and others maybe on ***** I can’t say for sure but the whole experience was not good for me, anyways I just wish I had gone to a different place I know I won’t get a refund

Check in was easy and painless. the hotel itself had broken glass everywhere in and out of the room. It was really loud with people revving motors and spinning tires a lot. Then comes 3;30am when there is a loud banging on the door waking up my two little ones after a long day traveling then a car alarm starts going off then someone comes back to the door beating and hollering again. that is around the time that I see the german cockroaches on the wall behind the refrigerator. The knocker stopped after I called the front desk however the car alarm did not. it went on till daylight making the next day of travel absolutely horrid. I do not what has happened to the hotel industry but it is really gotten bad at least one the west coast unless you have 200 plus a night and major credit cards. don't even think about affordable and decent anymore. will not happen. I never complain and I always try to be polite and positive but I am fed up with it all. Disgusting. looks initially to be alright but the floors where absolutely filthy my kids had their shoes and socks off after bathes for 10 minutes before they were completely black and gummy. FOrget about covid cleaning and all that. LOL. the a/c hadn't been cleaned properly in months possibly longer.
