Great check-in experience with welcome drink/snacks, staff to help move bags from carpark to room. Room hot bath always ready, and package is with kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast. We took the morning flight from Hong Kong to Haneda Airport. After finishing the luggage and entry procedures, we came to the high-speed bus next to the pick-up lobby to buy tickets. It was simple and convenient. It just picked up the first bus and went directly to Kawaguchiko. Before the bus departed, there was still time to have breakfast and wash. Go to the bus stop from the ticket purchase center and follow the next channel. You can also take the elevator or elevator to the underground bus stop according to the instructions. The bus will arrive. When you take the bus, you will see the data board clearly. If there is any error, you will not have to take the bus directly to Kawaguchiko Station. Come to Kawaguchiko, go to the end on the left hand side, see the tourist information, is the waiting station, all hotel buses are here to pick up guests, bus schedules are found on the hotel website; this station does not need to be reserved very convenient. The small bus arrived on time, the driver's service was very good, and he walked through the narrow street for several minutes to reach the hotel. In fact, the hotel is in a good location, near the intersection, and the surrounding bus stop is nearby without turning to Kawaguchiko. Walk along the main road, one end to the center of Shanghai, there are restaurants and supermarkets, the other end to the lake and the pool on the park, you can also see Mount Fuji at different angles, cross the road directly in front of the intersection and go straight to the section of the green line tour bus, walk slowly and reach Baqishan Park, Summer has a scent of lavender, autumn has red leaves, as well as art galleries, garden coffee seats, etc. The parkland is full of green grass like a hilly land, children and hairy children can run up and down, couples and elders sit on long fins to watch the sunset, lake view birds, freehand! Three-day stay, free breakfast and hot springs... Cheap, clean and spacious public space, I will visit next time, live here, continue to visit the unvisited attractions! 👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel's building, without the outer charm (euphemism) is difficult to reach by public transport and it is impossible to reach in the evening. There is a shipping ship that comes to you on the day of your arrival and deposits you at the station on the morning of your departure or during your stay (3 hours a morning). The rooms are very good, large and with a wonderful view of the Fuji mountain. The staff is helpful but speaks very little English and communicates by google translation. This can lead to confusion as it is happening to us. The person who received us was particularly hateful, which was not the case with the rest of the staff very happy. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.

Second visit. Mt. Fuji is clear in winter. In the morning, I went to the illumination square in front of the restaurant because it was Akafuji before sunrise. From the right end to red purple, when the sunrise started at about 1 ／ 3, I returned to the magnificent Fuji, but the sunrise on the left, the full moon on the upper right, and Mt. Fuji in the middle. I have to see this. Under the sunrise is the sea of clouds in Lake Yamanaka. The view that there is everything to see. Since there are many families, the rooms are large and you can see Lake Yamanaka and Mt. Fuji from all rooms. The bath is on the 2nd floor with B1 and the mountain trail is clear from the observation bath. You should see people in the season. It is a good hotel that is calm.

This lovely hotel (its a bit dated, but everything is clean and very nice) is right on the lake, and very quiet. Its 10 minutes driving distance from the Kawaguchi-Ko bus stand/train station and there is a free hotel shuttle every hour. I would definitely go for rooms with a view - either of the lake, or of Fujisan. We went for rooms with lake view, and very much enjoyed it. The rooms are big and very comfortable, with a desk, an armchair and a sofa. There is also a small balcony, with amazing views of the lake. Its so peaceful, especially in the early morning or during sunset. The hotel is located in a large garden. There is an indoor and lovely outdoor onsen, where you can bath in the warm water whilst seeing bamboo and hearing birds. Breakfast is a good buffet. The restaurant for dinner is rather expensive, so i would recommend eating in one of the few restaurants in the small town.

Location is fantastic a short walk from Mt Fuji station. Property is straight forward and clean, with a great dining area and then a fantastic rooftop with uninterrupted views of Fuji San. (You’ll want to see it from other vantage points but a still great to see it from the hotel so easily.) Bicycles for rent upon availability which are a great way to get around town. Staff are all great and willing to help with any information on things to see and do. One of my best experiences travelling in Japan. Photo is from the rooftop.

We were greeted by the stunning views of the lake the moment we stepped into the hotel lobby. The room was lovely as well, with a similarly beautiful view of the lake. Thankfully, we were placed on the same floor as the lobby, as the hotel did not seem to have any lifts. We opted for both dinner and breakfast to be included in the plan, and they were a delectable spread. However, I would note that the service during mealtimes seemed to be more curt, and the servers seemed to be in a hurry to serve the courses, and did not really explain to us what we were having. The food, however, was without a fault. As the hotel is set on a rather steep hill, it would be better to contact the hotel for them to pick you up from the station or to send you to the station. Do note that the shuttle service does not run between 11am and 2pm though. Overall, a good option for a traditional stay in the Kawaguchiko area.

Fantastic location, super clean facilities , the front desk is amazing , kind and very attentive. Worth buying the ticket with discount straight the the front desk, they grant you entrance in the park 30 minutes before they open to all costumers . The picture about the bath is not in there, but the Onsen about 15 minutes on foot . They shouldn’t post that because it gives the costumers the sensation that is inside the capsule hotel.

Very close to the station and there are restaurants and Lawson nearby. There are both indoor and outdoor onsen (after 9pm or before 9am will have less people) for woman, and if you are tall enough then you will be able to see Fuji mountain when you are enjoying the onsen. Our room is high enough so can see the Fuji mountain directly!

We booked a day trip to Mount Fuji and left the group at Kawaguchiko. We contacted the hotel and said we sent a car to pick it up in Kawaguchiko Dashi Park. It arrived in less than ten minutes! Service is great! The clean space of the house is well laid out. The most important thing is the invincible view of Mount Fuji. When you open the curtains in the morning, you can see Mount Jincan Can Fuji. I feel that the whole person is cured! There will be a bus at 5 pm to go to the supermarket to buy something for an hour, not afraid of being hungry! The hot springs are charged separately, and you have to pay a little electricity, which does not affect this hotel to become the biggest highlight of my entire limp! Will definitely come again if there is a chance, Amway has several colleagues of mine! Come on!
