We stayed for 4 nights. After the first night we saw how dirty the room and bathroom were. There was dried mud on the wall behind the door. There was dirt stains on the bathroom walls and the door handle to the bathroom. Then we noticed the fan that vents the bathroom was filthy. Also the shower curtain rod was loose and causing the shower curtain to fall to the middle creating a two foot space of coverage. We told the front desk about the curtain rod. We didn't say anything else because we were afraid there wouldn't be anywhere else to stay. We hoped that room service would see some of the issues and take care of it. Needless to say nothing was done. On the next night we noticed this awful smell. It was coming from the empty trash can. We lifted up the plastic liner and the smell was horrible so we left the trash can outside of the room. The next day it was put back into our room not cleaned. How anyone couldn't smell it is beyond me. I spent 15 minutes and used the provided washcloth and water to clean the walls and brought it with me to the desk at check out. I explained the situation and was told that they would tell the manager by one of the workers that was cleaning rooms. So I really didn't have much hope that anything would be done. Nothing was offered to me. I will not be returning to this hotel ever and we visit the area ever year. I would not recommend!

Everything was great. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The room had a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. I did not use any of the other amenities offered, nor did I have the continental breakfast so I can't speak about those. As a place to lay my head for the night, I couldn't ask for more.

We thought that room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of room for two of us. We had the breakfast which was your basic.breakfast. Bagels, muffins, granola bars, cookies, yogurt, coffee and tea. The only things that we could think of that we needed was jelly and cream cheese for the bagels. Everything prepackaged. I drove in Saturday evening to find a crowded parking ramp with an altercation going on. I waited in my car till a cruising hotel security car broke up the screaming match. Dragged my suitcase thru the ramp to the elevator and down to the lobby thru a maze, with the ****** handy but the hotel lobby further away. As others have said, room was clean, comfy, and new. Mine looked across at a wall...ask for a harbor view. You have to walk thru the ****** to get to the restaurants. No bottled water in room, no coffee. Staff didn't have masks. I had no desire to navigate the crowd at the ****** so back to my car to try to find a restaurant in the dark in a strange city. Front desk had no suggestions other than ****** restaurants. Events center for conference was OK...smallish breakout rooms but nice outdoor patio and, finally, a water view. Buffet line was long. Conference sit-down dinner was very good, but no coffee was served until all the plates were cleared! Didn't come until after the desert! And, no masks worn by staff. I wouldn't stay here again, just too much of a hassle unless your primary purpose is to go to the ******. That's clearly the point of the complex.

Was great stay people very friendly and very clean
