"Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, with the overall decor featuring wood and stone. Although I read some reviews before coming that mentioned it being dimly lit inside, I personally feel it perfectly matches the primitive ecological style of Changbai Mountain and I really like it. When you're on vacation, you want to find this kind of raw, natural feeling. Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions are excellent overall, very clean. Environment: The environment is a major highlight. The hotel offers many complimentary benefits, and the entire resort is well-managed. All staff members for the activities wear unified uniforms, and from the airport shuttle bus to the hotel, they are very responsive and enthusiastic, truly showcasing the hospitality of Northeasterners. Breakfast: Very rich, with both Chinese and Western options. Especially for those who enjoy Western food, they even have overnight oats and Eggs Benedict, which shows great thoughtfulness. Overall, I'm very satisfied with choosing this hotel for my family vacation with the kids. The location is also very convenient, with a direct exit to the commercial street from the back. The airport transfers, recreational activities, and even the concierge helping to arrange rafting and transfers to the West Slope all justify the price. I'd love to come back for skiing if I have the chance."

"Naprawdę piękne miejsce z cichością i spokojem, które pozwalają nam ponownie naładować i przestawić się z pośpiechu i trzęsienia życia miasta. Miejsce może być tad daleko od zbocza Changbaishan północny - jednak, hotel Concierge - specjalny krzyk do pana Sunny za wyjazd na jego drogę i poza, aby pomóc nam w uzyskaniu biletów i załatwienia nawet w jego odpoczynku.  Pokój jest naprawdę piękny i przestronny, i to tylko 10 minut spacerem, aby uzyskać jedzenie i potrzeby. Uwaga boczna jest taka, że chodnik może być lepiej oświetlony, zwłaszcza podczas zimy, gdy ciemność spada po 5:00; i było trochę straszne, aby wychodzić wtedy.  Ogólnie, wysokie polecane dla każdego, kto potrzebuje odpoczynku i ma pełną recharge! "Długo zastanawiałem się, który hotel w górach Changbai wybrać, ale ostatecznie wybrałem Swissôtel i się nie zawiodłem. Obsługa hotelowa była doskonała. Nasz kamerdyner, Ricky, był serdeczny i uprzejmy, pomógł nam zarezerwować samochód i szybko odpowiedział na wszystkie nasze pytania. Jeszcze raz dziękuję, Ricky! "Our stay at Jinhua Suite Hotel was excellent! The hotel grounds are comfortable and pleasant, and the common areas have a great ambiance with well-maintained facilities. The highlight was definitely the butler service; our butler, Haha, was incredibly responsive and provided meticulous care throughout our stay. Our only regret is that the trip was a bit too short, but both adults and children had a wonderful time and it really enhanced our vacation. Highly recommended!"

"A hotel that exceeded expectations, absolutely fantastic in every aspect! 🏨Room: Very spacious. I initially booked a king room on the fifth floor with a sloped ceiling, but it didn't affect usability at all. Later, I changed to a twin room with two 1.8-meter beds, large enough for a family with two children. There's no particular view from the window, but when you're here, you're out enjoying the mountains anyway. This place is perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The room is fully equipped with a hairdryer, disposable dental kits, and toiletries. ❇️Facilities: The hotel has five floors and is relatively new. It's not a large hotel and doesn't have a dedicated gym, but there are a few fitness machines available if you want a quick workout. 🌈Service: The service is truly excellent. Any questions are answered promptly, and they offer sound advice. They can even help arrange activities if you want to participate in some. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive until the middle of the night, but they helped us arrange airport pickup and even provided one free transfer to/from the station. 📍Location: From the hotel, it's just a short walk across the main road to the Chixi District Transit Center, making it very convenient to catch a bus to Tianchi in the morning. It's also not far from Wanda Resort by taxi, about a 20-minute drive. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit. It's hassle-free, convenient, and very comfortable. "

"The location of the hotel is very good. It takes2-3 minutes to walk to the Chixi Traffic Distribution Center. There is a food street nearby. And it is very convenient to take the direct bus from Changchun to the Jilin Province scenic spot, just on the roadside near the end. The suite is two relatively separate rooms, large in size, and both rooms have doors to the bathroom, suitable for families with elders and children. Hotel facilities are quite new, clean and tidy, there is a laundry room, breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, the variety is rich. Service attitude is good, the time to catch the high-speed rail is tight on the return trip, call the front desk in advance, and help send the stored luggage to the hotel entrance."
