We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It looks pretty new. The rooms are big and clean. The outdoor jaccuzzi and swimming pool give a beautiful view on the
surrounding forest and mountains. The autumn colors were amazing.
We got very well attended. Special thanks to 徐小棠 Tina Xu who attended us at the Swissôtel Italian restaurant on the first night and then at both breakfasts.

Hotel has a gorgeous view overlooking the mountain, with decent service (albeit one must speak Chinese, no English support). Amenities could use upgrading. Hotel is also somewhat distant from everything.

酒店在華美達度假區的位置十分棒，每個房間都可以望到長白山。無論接機，用餐，客房等服務都很專業。用餐時酒店工作人員張新艷與張成龍提供了很優質的服務，給人賓至如歸的感覺。

入住了美憬閣酒店，淡季沒什麼人，比較安靜，酒店泡池拍照很漂亮，服務人員態度温和，服務熱情，禮賓部李耀凱引領我們回房間介紹了酒店基礎設施還有房間minibar，前台劉楊 於瑩很熱情的為我們辦入住，住的非常開心，有機會再來體驗

我們是入住8506.8508房間的，一進到酒店就有很温馨的感覺，前台的服務人員很親切熱情，否給我們免費升級了行政山景大床房，加了前台高揚的微信，回覆很迅速。
到達酒店後到了漫餐廳午餐，點了幾個菜，出品和口感都非常好，尤其是鍋包肉這道菜，酸酸甜甜還配了各式的水果，實在太好吃了，張成龍小哥哥的廚藝太好了，吃了一餐後，念念不忘，晚餐繼續在漫餐廳吃，再來一份我們都心愛的鍋包肉，哈哈。餐廳的宿傑哥哥親切的笑容，周到的服務，還為我們親自調了雞尾酒，冰冰涼涼甜甜的味道，就像遇到初戀的感覺。
晚上還到了五樓的酒吧品嚐了伏特加美酒，欣賞了酒店的外面的夜景，美美的，和白天的風景又是另一種感覺。
值得一讚的還有酒店的無邊際泡池和泳池，美得不要不要的，在冰天雪地泡個温泉，仙氣飄飄，美得不要不要的，再來個幹蒸，這感覺太爽了，哈哈，大愛。
酒店的早餐品種豐富，也很精緻。
唯一美中不足的就是衹住了一個晚上，讓我呆三個晚上就更舍意了，我期待下次再入住，是我至長白山旅遊最舒服的一個酒店了。

房間不大，暖氣很足，還有加濕器，每個房間都能看到長白山，入住的這幾天天氣都很好
漫餐廳的中餐味道很不錯，住店客人可以打八折，早餐餐品種類不算多，但是需要的基本都有，住了四個晚上，每天早餐種類都有變化，果汁都是鮮榨的。5樓月色酒吧的雞尾酒也不錯～
服務：必須要誇一誇服務了！前台和餐廳小姐姐和小哥哥服務太好了，小朋友看中了長白山文創冰激凌，他們就免費送！退房還送了伴手禮參片和藍莓幹。mini吧也免費，有啤酒和巧克力，白樺汁很好喝！
設施：園區裏面有shuttlebus，美憬閣有額外的商務接送車，機場接送也都是免費的。魯能的雪場真的很適合新手，人少坡緩，1對1教練教了2小時，就能後刃推坡啦，明年來學換刃後馳騁雪場！對了，雪地大滑圈超好玩！

非常喜歡的酒店，地理位置很棒，直麪長白山，在無邊温泉池了看了長白山的月起月落，在房間陽台上看了長白山的日出。遇到Owen和張新艷服務，非常感謝。早餐非常棒，中西式種類非常豐富。歡迎雪糕和水果讓孩子也非常開心。暑假再見。
