Stayed for a business trip and while the greeting at the front desk was cordial and polite the true state became apparent when experiencing the hotel and services. On arrival the shower didn’t work, then, once fixed, scalded the user (others complained of this as well) room make-up was missed, access card kept failing - even when kept far from the phone, meals and drinks are expensive and plain. Some small animals to view on the course but they are damaging it - nature at work.

Terrible experience. No towels. WiFi very very poor. Service non existent. Such a beautiful setting. Such a pity the service is so poor and the facilities so bad. If they were charging for what they offer then I would value the price to be no more than 300 Botswana Pula per night. So sad. Hope someone intervenes and fixes the place.

This is the second time I stayed there. First time the TVs did not work and my room in checkin was not made up. This time the pool was green and the water level was very low I asked if there was a problem and was told No but someone else looks after the pool. The power to my room shorted at about 3 in the morning and when I asked the reception said we will look into the DB board but a hour later they did nothing. In my view the hotel has gray rooms and potential but the staff have no pride in there hotel and only do what there job is. Such a pity.

我最近住在法卡蘭恩高爾夫莊園，工作人員很友好，只是有人讓他們告訴每個入住的客人房間里的電視正在維修、只宕機了3天。電視問題實際上已經有3個星期了，雖然房間寬敞乾淨，但是當你像每次出差時一樣坐在商務房裡想看看新聞了，這裏就是沒法看。對四星級酒店來說這真的不能接受。一两天的話我們可以理解，三四周就不行了。欺騙客人是最大的問題，不過工作人員也只是按照高管的要求行事。
