Thank you Management and Team"

The Capital Guest House
"I went to check in late at night but received a warm welcome, none the less. My room was beautiful and neat, located by the pool which is situated in a lovely garden and on both nights I had peaceful sleep. I loved that there was WiFi and full DsTV bouquet, also appreciated having a coffee station in the room. All in all it was a brilliant stay and I highly recommend The Capital Guesthouse, which I would gladly visit again! "
Aquarian Tide Hotel
"Cozy place, good for business meetings unfortunately we found the pool dirty and couldn’t use it, that was the one down side of our trip!"

Regent Select Hotel
"Arrived on a Thursday & the most annoying thing was how my surname was spelled incorrectly! Even after trying to correct them, they kept on calling me with a wrong name. Secondly, they gave me a room which door couldn't open unless a special key is used, why was it not checked 1st? As if that's not enough while out, i was moved to a different room with a smelly bathroom!"
Tlotlo Hotel & Conference Centre
"Pobyt na noc podczas lotu do Haborone, hotel jest trochę odległy, jeśli nie ma innych potrzeb podróży, hotel jest dobry, środowisko piękne, basen czysty, restauracja sama w hotelu jest warta polecenia, cena jest umiarkowana, smak jest bardzo dobry, zwłaszcza śniadanie jest bardzo bogate, Każdy pracownik, który spotkał się z nim, był bardzo wdzięczny."
Peermont Walmont at the Grand Palm, Gaborone
"Najgorszy hotel w historii. Nawet nie powiedział mi, ile kosztował, dopóki się nie pojawiłem i kosztował... 32,569,000 dolarów. To miejsce nawet nie jest warte lub wygląda jak 32,569,000 dolarów. Nigdy nie wracam."
African Home Hotel
"The hotel is perfectly located in Gaborone, close to all the major places and sites worth seeing in the Capital. A walking distance to the Three Dikgosi Monument and Fields Mall. I liked this convenience that the hotel offered. The hotel also has plenty of rooms, over 14 and has a Spa, conference venues and a restaurant. There is also a pool inside and the main entrance is guarded with security personnel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman named Sebalo, who also adjusted my booking to a room that he recommended, has better Wifi connectivity, to which I agreed. I appreciated this as the Wifi in the Kgosi room was good during my stay. I also liked that I had covered parking, which I didn't need to pre-book, located close to the room. I also had a decent breakfast for all the days here, prepared promptly and with care by a lady called Violet. I welcomed this value for money aspect to my stay. She was very friendly, warm and tried by all means to vary the breakfast options and presentation on all three days which I appreciated. The room was spacious, had adequate lighting, Aircon, LCD tv, coffee station and kettle and enough mirrors all round. There were also enough bins in the room, an extra blanket and the bedding was clean. There was a desk and chair, which ensured that I could spend some time catching up on my reading in the room. There was no safe and I had to arrange my own twin plug, which was not an issue. The toilet was separate from the shower which I liked and there was shampoo available. Clean towels were on offer, regularly.replaced and room service was offered. The hotel was peaceful and I did not experience any major distractions. I also liked that I paid once I got to the hotel and that no deposit was withheld. Where I think the hotel could have scored more for me was in the following - there was no info-welcome sheet in the room that orientated me to the rules of the hotel, wifi password, breakfast times, lunch or dinner, important emergency numbers and nearby sites worth seeing for instance which is common in most hotels. I had to ask many of these and Sebalo was of assistance. I feel that the hymn sheet would have made it much easier. I found a booklet about sites to see in Gaborone close to the reception area, which I only saw and made use of during breakfast. Those booklets can be placed in the rooms as a suggestion. The bed was not comfortable at all for me and there were some small insects here and there in the room which was not pleasant to see. This is where the hotel dropped points from me. I believe that if the hotel works on these few items, it could do better. However, the service I received from Sebalo and Violet, together with the convenience of the location, shaded parking, breakfast and good wifi in the room, made the stay decent overall. "
The Grand Aria Hotel and Conference Centre
"Thank you for your response. I find it interesting that instead of addressing the more serious concerns, like the mould in the shower and lack of privacy due to the damaged curtains, you chose to focus on disputing whether I asked for basic necessities like a plug and a blanket. This response suggests that you’re okay with those cleanliness and privacy issues, which should have been your first priority as a hotel. To clarify, I did visit the front desk to request a plug because the phone was not working, and I was told none were available. I was even offered the option to purchase one at my own expense, which I declined. It’s disappointing that instead of owning these shortcomings, you chose to deflect the blame onto your guest. Lastly, basic amenities like blankets, plugs and a functional safe should be in place before a guest arrives, regardless of the hour. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the overall guest experience, especially in areas that directly impact comfort and safety. Please refrain from misrepresenting the situation. I gave an honest review based on what I encountered during my stay - exactly as you requested. "
Triple Palms Bed and Breakfast
Phakalane Golf Estate Hotel & Convention Centre
"Our 2-week stay at Phakalane Golf Estate Hotel was like home away from home. The setting is beautiful and private, the property is secure, and the accommodations are nicely appointed. The staff are second to none. EVERYONE was caring and very accommodating to requests. The manager is very generous and regularly checks on the needs of guests. We ate at the two restaurants throughout our stay and enjoyed the meals. We found it most helpful to inquiry as to how foods are prepared before ordering. There is shopping and restaurants nearby, as is the airport. The estate is quiet and serene. There are a few different styles of rooms that will accommodate any request. We loved having 2 bathrooms! The hotel was very clean and well-kept, Even areas that presented aging. The rooms are very clean and we found the housekeeping staff to be top notch. If you are a golfer, the greens are spectacular. My family looks forward to returning."
Indaba Lodge Gaborone
"perfect place to stay with family and friends. food was exceptional. it was unfortunate we could not use the pool as it was raining. "
Room50Two
"Była częścią grupy 29 osób, które przebywały tutaj w czerwcu 2026 roku. Koordynacja i logistyka wokół transferów lotnisk, check-in i usług były doskonałe. Zostałem w apartamentu, który był przestronny, czysty, luksusowy, miał wielkie widoki i wszystko czułem, jakby to było jeszcze nowe."
Oasis Motel
"Oasis Motel is situated in the best location, within a shopping mall and closer to the city. Accommodation prices are very reasonable. There is privacy the rooms. "
