"The hotel is perfectly located in Gaborone, close to all the major places and sites worth seeing in the Capital. A walking distance to the Three Dikgosi Monument and Fields Mall. I liked this convenience that the hotel offered. The hotel also has plenty of rooms, over 14 and has a Spa, conference venues and a restaurant. There is also a pool inside and the main entrance is guarded with security personnel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman named Sebalo, who also adjusted my booking to a room that he recommended, has better Wifi connectivity, to which I agreed. I appreciated this as the Wifi in the Kgosi room was good during my stay. I also liked that I had covered parking, which I didn't need to pre-book, located close to the room. I also had a decent breakfast for all the days here, prepared promptly and with care by a lady called Violet. I welcomed this value for money aspect to my stay. She was very friendly, warm and tried by all means to vary the breakfast options and presentation on all three days which I appreciated. The room was spacious, had adequate lighting, Aircon, LCD tv, coffee station and kettle and enough mirrors all round. There were also enough bins in the room, an extra blanket and the bedding was clean. There was a desk and chair, which ensured that I could spend some time catching up on my reading in the room. There was no safe and I had to arrange my own twin plug, which was not an issue. The toilet was separate from the shower which I liked and there was shampoo available. Clean towels were on offer, regularly.replaced and room service was offered. The hotel was peaceful and I did not experience any major distractions. I also liked that I paid once I got to the hotel and that no deposit was withheld. Where I think the hotel could have scored more for me was in the following - there was no info-welcome sheet in the room that orientated me to the rules of the hotel, wifi password, breakfast times, lunch or dinner, important emergency numbers and nearby sites worth seeing for instance which is common in most hotels. I had to ask many of these and Sebalo was of assistance. I feel that the hymn sheet would have made it much easier. I found a booklet about sites to see in Gaborone close to the reception area, which I only saw and made use of during breakfast. Those booklets can be placed in the rooms as a suggestion. The bed was not comfortable at all for me and there were some small insects here and there in the room which was not pleasant to see. This is where the hotel dropped points from me. I believe that if the hotel works on these few items, it could do better. However, the service I received from Sebalo and Violet, together with the convenience of the location, shaded parking, breakfast and good wifi in the room, made the stay decent overall. "

"Pojechaliśmy tam 30 grudnia 2023 po 19 latach oczekiwałem, że znajdę, co było wtedy, ale niestety ta piękna nieruchomość jest tak nieużyteczna i zniszczona ..............., nie było ludzi jak gości i pola bocznego bar/ restauracja kelnerów mieścili przez 1 godzinę Meble ogrodowe poduszki tylko i krzyczą i śmieją się jak w swoim własnym domu, po umieszczeniu poduszek na krzesłach i sofach o 12h właśnie usiedli na jednym z sofa (gdzie goście mają siedzieć ) I zaczął rozmawiać i śmiał się tak głośno, to było nie do zniesienia! Czujesz się niekontrolowany, aby iść i usiąść w ogrodzie! Musiałem ścigać kelnerkę, gdy ona trzymała szklankę i piła i chodziła po barze i próbowała uciec ode mnie (prawdopodobnie przeszkadzała mi ...) więc w końcu musiałem z nią porozmawiać i zapytać, czy mogę zamówić pizzę - jej odpowiedź była, że szef oczyści pizzę i mogę zamówić pizzę tylko o 6:00 ................... nie mam żadnych słów jak szczęśliwi wszyscy pracownicy pracują w sposób, w jaki pracują! 🤣 Bez nadzoru nad nimi i po prostu plotkować, śmiech i dostać wynagrodzenie bez faktycznie robienia wszelkie prace, które są zatrudnione na ......... Wow ......... kto zarządza tym hotelem teraz powinien być zwolniony, jeśli zainteresowane strony chcą mieć zyski i jakichkolwiek gości w ogóle............ Czuję się tak smutny, że ta piękna nieruchomość jest uruchomiona jak teraz!! Ogrody są zamknięte z tyłu, nie można się obejść, jak kiedyś, w ogrodzie hotelowym jest dużo śmieci plastikowych torby i butelki - nigdy nie widziałem czegoś takiego w żadnym miejscu w hotelu!! Nie wróciłbym tu na pewno! Gaborone to również spada ...... bardzo smutne! Nic nie jest jak zwykle 19 lat temu .......i nie No New Year’s party zorganizowano w hotelu jak 19 lat temu ......... waw ... nic! Sadvey sad ..."

"Arrived on a Thursday & the most annoying thing was how my surname was spelled incorrectly! Even after trying to correct them, they kept on calling me with a wrong name. Secondly, they gave me a room which door couldn't open unless a special key is used, why was it not checked 1st? As if that's not enough while out, i was moved to a different room with a smelly bathroom!"
