"Może moje oczekiwania były zbyt wysokie, ale za cenę ($460 za noc) spodziewałem się więcej od tego hotelu. Okna były bardzo małe dla rozmiaru pokoju. Płaszcz sufit wyglądał jak coś z mieszkania East Bloc od lat 60. - był tak źle zmontowany prawie wydawał się wybór projektu, ale na pewno nie dodał żadnego poczucia premii. Byłem rozczarowany, że ładowanie elektryczne samochodu nie było komplementarne i wymagało pobrania aplikacji Blink, które nie mogłem dostać się do pracy. Nie jadłem w restauracji, więc nie mogę się o tym skomentować. Pracownicy byli przyjazni i pomocni, ale nie na poziomie Ritz-Carlton czy Four Seasons."
