Mon séjour dans cet hôtel était tout simplement déplorable. Nous avons eu droit à une chambre offrant une vue franchement laide, comme si l'on cherchait à nous punir. (alors que nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur la piscine).
Pire encore, le ménage a tout bonnement été ignoré pendant trois longs jours.
L'accueil, quand il daignait répondre, semblait faire preuve d'un mépris total envers les clients.
Le restaurant, c'était le pompon : non seulement ils nous ont présenté la facture alors que nous étions même encore attablés, mais ils nous ont carrément sommés de payer avant sans aucun égard.
Ce soi-disant hôtel 5 étoiles ne mérite en réalité aucune étoile. Le personnel de l'accueil est un désastre, grossier et manifestement incompétent.
Une expérience à oublier au plus vite…

L’hôtel fraîchement rénové est très propre personnel discret et avenant. Les chambres sont agréables. Un radiateur d’appoint nous a été dépanné durant notre séjour. Le restaurant à la carte était fermé pour cause de faible occupation. Piscine salle de sport et spa opérationnels.
