"A special 5-star highlight is applied to the very friendly kitchen and service team in the dining room. The rooms were spacious and clean as you can expect at a 3-star hotel, but the trained hotel lobby could not be invited to stay for a longer time. Similarly, in the fast-stolen kamin bar (without kamin) there was no "sensory climate". Whoever found a kippsicher chair in the small library was better there. Also a kicker and a billiard table offers only conditional possibility for sports evenings Activities. Breakfast and evening buffet were varied and sufficient. Also there was enough room offer. Unfortunately, you have to leave the dining room at 20:00 and have just conditional alternatives in the house and in the "village" there are no alternatives. The swimming pool only limited to time has no relaxing linen and the sauna charges are not just inviting. In particular in bad weather days would be useful change here. Unfortunately we had 4 days dense high nebula and were therefore more on the way in the region. The good parking offer at the hotel is still worth mentioning. At least at cold temperatures, you should consider whether the AI offer really fits in the sum."

The hotel itself is quiet and parking is more convenient. Of course, it is understandable that such a homestay is cleaned up for one guest, but it is inconvenient to stay for many days without cleaning for business trips. The hotel does not have breakfast."

"The hotel is located in the center of Goslar, so you can walk to every place and are allready right in these beautiful streets. Well, the price is ok, but you get a really simple room. We've been placed in a second house a few steps away from the main hotel and the rooms have been restaurated very, very rudimentarily and not well done and all this with the cheapest building materials. The breakfast room was not so welcoming, so we had no meals there to tell anything about it."

"Hotel jest średni w sobie, ale pracownicy, restauracja i organizacja są źli w podziemiu. 30% wszystkich zamówień w restauracji zostały nieprawidłowo przyjęte. Jedzenie w restauracji jest niestety standardowym jedzeniem TK, a jednak płacisz około 24 € za szczypta TK. Śruby zostały dostarczone raz z i raz bez sera. Pracownicy hotelu musieli być sprawdzane kilka razy, ponieważ dla zamówień zapomniano poprosić o numery pokoi. Zawsze przybył personel do stołu i chciał przynieść jedzenie, które nikt nie zamówił. Po sprawdzeniu hotelu, pracownicy wrócili ponownie, bo wtedy nagle rachunki żywności były nadal otwarte."
