"Za jedną noc zapłaciliśmy 200 euro za apartament z jacuzzi, gdzie pościel i jedna poduszka były w różnych wzorach i bardzo brudne. Mieliśmy też ze sobą dziecko i w jego łóżeczku było pełno kurzu. Nie polecam tego nikomu, a już na pewno nie osobom z dziećmi!!! Rozmawialiśmy z recepcjonistką i po wizycie w recepcji powiedziała nam, że to wina pralki, ale to nie nasza wina, że ​​marnujemy 200 euro na coś, co na to nie zasługuje!!!!!"

"The rooms are spacious and very clean with everything you need. Air con safe clean bedding and towels fridge small balcony but adequate. Not many guests so no buffet but anything asked for was provided quickly and efficiently. Service ice was friendly from kitchen to reception and rooms. Could not fault staff but disappointed with support of which there was none from jet2 again not the hotels fault. The location is little way out of the nearest towns but there is a bus service nearby to all main locations and is easy to use. Beach is a good 10 min. walk sometimes not ideal for those with walking difficulties as parts of the main road leading to us have limited pathways but once there it is stunning. All in all ideal for a relaxing holiday not ideal if you crave the nightlife but would highly recommend the hotel.for cleanliness and service"

"Throughout our entire stay at the Olga Apartments, Giorgos and Stella made us feel very welcome. We  booked the apartment for the Monday but due to late flights we didnt arrive until nearly 3am Tuesday morning,  the Travel Agent, equipped with all our travel info, couldnt communicate to Giorgos our arrival time for some odd  reason , (something they need to fix) which meant he sat up all night to make sure we arrived safely and still managed to have a massive smile and warm greeting regardless of the time.  Nothing was ever a bother to them. The entire complex was immaculate, including their spotless swimming pool with very comfy sun loungers. We had a balcony on the first floor, which was a fabulous touch.  We went self catering, however you did have the choice to have your meals there. Next time, we will do this as Giorgos is an amazing chef who knows how to make a cracking steak.  Complex is very close to the beach, a mere 5 minute walk, with lots of amazing restaurants on the beach front or shops for your souvenirs. If you don't fancy a night at a restaurant, you are able to have a drink at the poolside bar, where Giorgos is an amazing host full of banter, chat all round, great character. We had a fantastic time from start to finish, Giorgos and Stella have a fantastic wee family. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We can't wait to stay with you and your wonderful family again. "Obiekt jest fantastyczny. Położony w połowie drogi między Heraklionem a Hersonissos. Personel jest niezwykle pomocny. Basen jest nasłoneczniony przez cały dzień, co idealnie nadaje się do ochłodzenia się i relaksu na leżakach. Zaledwie 2 minuty spacerem od obiektu znajduje się mała plaża z leżakami oraz akwarium."

"Okropne. Od samego początku w TUI powiedziano mi, że podatek wynosi 20 funtów, po przyjeździe powiedziano mi, że to 70 funtów, a na stronie internetowej została zostawiona stara cena! Myślę, że to oszustwo. Zbyt cicho. Plaża to nie plaża. Ponad godzinę spacerem do przystanku autobusowego lub porządnych sklepów. Samo miasto jest zaniedbane i trzeba iść dalej, żeby znaleźć porządną plażę lub sklepy. Joanna, barmanka, ma swoje ulubione miejsca, była przyjazna dla par itp., ale mnie pominięto, bo przyjechałam sama. Nie starała się być miła i mnie zignorowała. Za cicho, za daleko i zdecydowanie nie dla podróżujących samotnie. Przygotuj się też na zapłacenie więcej, niż reklamują. Najgorsze wakacje w życiu."

"Where do I start...Legendary Greek "hospitality" where a motel or max 2** hotel, is bumped up to 4*. We booked a One bedroom apartment for 3 people. To our surprise, the rooms are dated (like 1970 dated), the bathroom door is cracked on the bottom part, the tub is yellow, bedding has hairs on it, and everybody knows about it but the client pays for in this case. Viki the receptionist has been great, but Nektarios the owner is totally inflexible, kniws the problems and doesn't want to do anything for the client. I am tired, I want to go and rest, and yet...I am sitting here outside in the sun, wondering where am I going to sleep tonight. DO NOT BOOK. Not a hotel, this is a motel."

"This small and friendly family-run hotel/self-catering apartments is a great find. Jenny, the owner is very organised, warm, friendly and always on hand to answer any questions. She runs the accommodation with help from a few of her family. Our late afternoon flight was delayed by several hours prior to departure (and en route) due to stormy weather, therefore although we had been due to reach our accommodation at 10.30, we actually arrived around 2.00 the following morning. As the hotel is very small, it does not operate a 24-hour reception. Therefore, A note was left on the reception door to let us know our room number and arrangements for the key which was all as per the note. The breakfast is good for a hotel of this size consisting of bread, cereal, one type of cheese and ham and either cake or small croissants, plus coffee, tea and juice. It is served from 8.30 – 10.30 so a good timeframe to allow a nice lie-in. The small complex is as per the photos with nicely furnished outside areas around the reception/pool where you can eat breakfast. There is a snack menu serving drinks, salads, sandwiches, pizza, etc. throughout the day. It is a very short walk from several small beaches where you will find around 5/6 cafes/restaurants overall at intervals opposite the beach areas. The small beach areas are very natural and separated by rocky outcrops with some having sun loungers/umbrellas owned by the restaurants and others where you could take a beach mat or your own chairs, etc. space allowing. Around 15 minutes’ walk up to the main road you will find a traditional Greek restaurant (live Greek music on some nights), a very small supermarket and a bakery also selling ice cream and where you can either eat in or buy food/drink to take away. On this road, you will also find the bus stop which has buses to Heraklion (every 20 – 30 minutes) and Malia in the opposite direction. This accommodation and area has everything you need for a week’s holiday in a resort that feels "very Greek" compared to some other areas of the Island."
