The stuff is superbe! The people from the front desk are super professional even when you are stressed they think about a way to solve problems with going the extra mile! Thank you so much for such service! So reader please be nice to them! The breakfast and the beds/rooms/toilet/foyer are very clean - that’s really a big plus and beds are truely comfy. The modern Retro looking supercool Toilet even has a bidet and the soap is not one of those cheap soaps it smells wonderful and is not slimy! Check out the Italian espresso! It’s good and also the mini cupcakes, fresh different fruits, the fresh yoghurt (no drying spots yesss) and the salami is remarkable. Foyer and check in with modern desks for working travelers or young and old kids who want to charge their gadgets… Wifi: no Problems Good rest :)

First of all, ignore all the reviews older than a year, because it’s pretty much a new hotel. This place should have much higher reviews. It’s a newly refurbished hotel in a great location, only 20-30 minute drive from all the lakes, and 15 minutes to Varese. It includes free parking for all guests. The style of the Hotel is a mix of retro and modern inspired by 50s American diner, with cool neon lights and beautifully tasty furniture with a contemporary feel. We stayed in a Standard Room, which was more than big enough for my wife and I. The bed was massive and comfortable. We were able to ask for two more pillows which they gave us without any hesitation. There is a huge TV, fast Wi-Fi and USB charging ports on either side of the bed. The bathroom is crisp, clean, modern and spacious. Amazing shower with rainfall shower head and handheld option. Sink, bidet and toilet. The usual. Breakfast is also included and is plentiful. Different options to choose from different hams and turkeybreast, cheeses, various sweet options like cookies and pastries. There is a coffee machine that is available 24/7 as well as a fridge with drinks and selection of chocolates and snacks, which works with an Honesty System where you must write down whatever you take. I cannot praise this hotel more that giving it five stars. I’m very picky when it comes to choosing hotels, especially since we stayed for seven nights. We will absolutely be back. Lastly, the best part of the stay were the staff. Every single one of the employees from the receptionists to the housekeeping girls were stupendous and lovely. They made our stay worthwhile. So thanks to all of them. This is an example of how every hotel in the world should be managed :-)

Sono stato in questo hotel anche se per la prima volta è credo che ci tornerò al più presto, parcheggio enorme e gratuito, personale molto cortese, pulizia buona, camera comodissima e soprattutto ben climatizzata, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio a tutti

Siano stati in questo hotel tra Dicembre e Gennaio e devo dire che era molto bello, la colazione era poco assortita con cornetti non del tutto eccellenti assenza di acqua a temperatura ambiente bisognava sempre chiederla, il materasso molto duro era come non averlo con coprimaterasso macchiato e onestamente faceva un po impressione. Il resto molte bene.

It's a fairytale! It took me a lot to decide if to take the risk to travel or not. I'm glad I did take the risk! This is the first holiday when I don't check anything about the place I was going to stay, surrounding area not at all, just wanted to escape London for a bit. From far one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The hotel looks like a museum, incredibly amazing, surprises didn't chased to happen, they have a pool, tennis court, soccer court so many facilities, it's crazy. The room I've stayed, stunning,the view from the balcony took my breath away. It's quite, it's beautiful, it's perfect! Hotel stuff, they couldn't do any better than this, friendly, willing to assist whenever necessary, I felt like home! I've even got an early check in 🤗.Thank you Domenico, Monica, Andrea, Manpreet and everyone else!!! For anyone looking to escape the madness from a busy city like London let's say, this is the best place to be! P.S. make sure you bring mosquitoes spray, as I've mentioned I haven't done any inquiries before coming so, mosquitoes attack wasn't fun at all. I was looking forward to have dinner in the outdoors restaurant which ended up being a nightmare, but it was entirely my fault, the hotel is located on a hill, surrendered by trees obviously you'll have to deal with mosquitoes. I was on a Northern Italy Lake Tour with my mom and best friend with 25 other people. This hotel was the second stop of our trip. The travel company selected the hotels, so we were at the mercy of where they put us. If you like rock hard beds, wafer thin pillows, scratchy rough sheets, semi clean rooms, abrasive and rude staff, then this is a place for you! The two stars are for excellent wifi connection and speed and friendly housekeeping staff. This is clearly a very busy hotel. Every time we went through the lobby there were groups checking in. The sign said the air conditioning in the hotel would be on until 10/22, and we checked out before the 22nd and it was never on. Rooms were stuffy and hot. We had to ask about opening the window, which we had to sign a waiver (understandable - there are no screens). Each bed had one very thin pillow. When we asked for 3 more (one for each in the room) the look of dismay and surprise from the person at the front desk was almost comical. The fridge in the room was stocked daily, but never was cold enough to even chill the bottles. We had the same waiter two nights and he was miserable, unfriendly, inattentive and just down right rude. I tried to be friendly to see if it would help - and it didn’t. When asking for directions at the front desk the person seemed annoyed that we asked, was very curt and snotty. Even when looking at other staff they all looked miserable - no one smiled. At least the housekeeping ladies were pleasant and greeted you with good morning and a smile. Not an overly welcoming experience and I couldn’t wait to check out and continue on our trip. If I was to come back, I certainly would not book to stay here.

Clean and nice rooms. Rooms are large enough for move freely with bags.... Especially restaurant staff are very kind and helpful... We had Just one night in hotel but so glad to come.. Meals were tasty. Room is clear and bed is so comfortable.

The place was clean, but the food was awful. One of my friends got sick from their ham. It is like 20 minutes away from Varese center by foot, it is like 30 minutes away from the train station, my point is it is quite far from the things of interest of Varese/places to eat ( you have to search them, because besides the coffee, nothing has taste there) At lunch, we had brocolli wich looked really awful. Horrible food.

Lovely hotel super friendly staff easy to reach and luxurious nice clean rooms like the entire hotel. RECOMMENDED

I love this place for its location near a huge forest great for running and cycling - even on a freezing winter morning! It was a good price, well organised, friendly staff and very clean. It is away from most things near an industrial estate but I chose it for the proximity to the forest and all the trails there :) It was also a simple walk to a small town with pizza and some basics. I didn't have the breakfast as it seemed quite expensive and was too busy running ;)
