Holiday Inn Express Guiyang Century City Mall

This is one of the good Holiday Inn express that I had experienced staying in. Reception was warm and very welcoming especially with one particular officer that I need to mentioned that made my stay there even more pleasant. 曾杰 is always smiling and going about greeting guests and tending to their needs. I’ll give a 5 Star rating for his great service. Location of hotel is quiet, not far from local street foods (walking distance) with a bus stop at front of hotel and also the hotel provides route slips at guest disposal. I’ll come back again for sure!

Room is spacious and clean, pretty new feeling! There is subway station nearby too. Checkin was a breeze and they called in advance to check out arrival timing, staff is friendly and smiling always.

I would say this particular Holiday Inn Express services had exceeded beyond my expectation. Whatever request you may have, the staff will go beyond their incredible ability to ensure your needs and requests are taken care of. Over and over again and Consistently. I attribute this to the Great tutelage under their impressive General Manager. I will highlight a few names to whom I am grateful for their outstanding assistance. Xiao Wang, Xiao Tian, Kevin, Jason, housekeeping, etc. I hope Holiday Inn Express will take notice of their names for recognition. Thank you and see you soon.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Subway station at Jingyang Avenue, Exit D. Therefore, there was literally no problem finding the hotel or likewise using the metro to travel around the city easily and affordably. Check-in was seamless and straight forward and the staff were very helpful. Little things like sending food deliveries to rooms, helping us with free laundry service and giving us umbrellas when we went out in the snow. The hotel was almost empty when we stayed, as it was Chinese new year and nothing was open nearby. Not a big issue though. Breakfast was limited, although they got the coffee machine working for us and made toast and fried eggs. Breakfast is very basic! Noodles are also available and there's tv in the dining room. Rooms were clean and well-appointed and the heating worked very well. All in all, a nice hotel and good value for money for the two nights we stayed there. Would recommend!

Overall experience was good. It's decent for the budget, clean and staff were friendly. Often I used to have language issues in other hotels in Guiyang, but to my surprise some staff here could communicate well in English through Wechat without any translator. Check-in and procedures were rather hassle free. Breakfast is also decent, although local, but had vegetarian options too.

房間非常乾淨，洗澡水很大很大。早餐非常的豐富可口。最好還是前台工作人員小張，小李和小金，非常耐心的回答我們的問題，幫我們旅途出謀劃策。看我們有小孩還送了牛奶和小日曆紀念品。來看看他們的早餐有多豐富吧！

酒店服務不錯，前台小潘很親切！給升級了房間，孩子也給了餐券，還送了孩子小禮物！感受到了服務的細節！房間無異味，床品用着很舒適，頂樓又在小區附近，住起來也安靜！酒店細節做的還不錯，有一次性馬桶墊，備用捲紙等

非常滿意，酒店新乾淨，用心服務 自助早餐豐盛可口，房間大小合適，衞生間三段式隔離，很實用，性價比很高，鉑金會員，攜程升級房型很滿意

酒店位置就在地鐵口邊上，交通便利。酒店經理服務非常熱情周到。因為我們是晚上的火車，還幫忙我們寄存了一天的行李，臨行前還詢問我們還需不需要什麼幫助，非常好的一次體驗！下次還會入住！
