Best hospitable staff and best food with amazing clean room ! I had recommended this to all my family and friends ! We have loved our stay here and enjoyed throughly ! Just a little thing is in some rooms that I booked for my family the bathing shower was leaking !

Out stay was awesome this time in lemon tree sohna road, the food was awesome and all the staff were so good cordial.. The best part was pool my mom and daughter enjoyed so much. I would like to thank Miss Deepa front desk executive for arranging such a wonderful cake for my daughter which was complementory one.. I really recommend people to stay here and enjoy the ambience of this hotel..

On Wednesday, the 15th, I arrived at 𝐈𝐓𝐂 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐎𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞, 𝐆𝐮𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 around 11 PM. The security personnel at the main door welcomed me with a smile.😁 There were a couple of people interacting with reception for their stay, so I sat on a nearby chair. After some time, they allocated me a room, but when I reached it, the room key was not working. I informed reception, and they sent a staff member who ***aged to open the room and fix the key. It was a really nice room, and after taking a shower, I went to sleep. I woke up at 5 AM because I had an online meeting at 6:30 AM. While getting ready, I realized I hadn't brought a power socket adapter to charge my laptop, which had a US power adapter. My laptop was running out of power. I called reception to ask if they had a power adapter, but they confirmed they didn't. I then thought to check with other people in nearby rooms, but my room key stopped working again. After informing the reception, they suggested changing my room, and I agreed. I shifted to another room, but the lack of a power adapter was still a concern. Then I had an idea and asked reception to connect me with the electrical maintenance team. The electrical staff came to my room immediately, and I explained my requirement. He came up with an alternative solution, and I was able to charge and use my laptop without any issue. 𝗜 𝗮𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 Later, I had breakfast, which was 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. I stayed there for four nights and four days, and 𝗜𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. Another amazing thing was that I made a 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 whose life story really 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 me. He started as an assistant housekeeper and became a ***ager and Executive Housekeeper through 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿. He knows multiple foreign languages and completed his studies while working. He is a real family *** too. He came to me to enquire about my stay, and I shared my experience with him. He promised to present my suggestions to his team for speedy implementation. He is none other than Ghanshyam Gurjar, who is in my LinkedIn network. Staying at Hotel Fortune Park Excellent was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and welcoming ambiance set the tone for a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and impeccably clean. I particularly enjoyed the delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, which offered a wide variety of options to suit every palate. Restaurant staff is very gentle ,especially Mr.Hashir. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Very good service provided by the hotel. The front desk staff were kind. They allowed me a complementary lunch as I had checked in the following day due to delayed train and had missed the previous day's dinner (for which I had already paid). Got to thank him for that. The rest of the staff took very good care of me and would check on me if I needed anything. The facilities available are commensurate with a four star hotel. The only drawback is the distance from New Delhi airport and railway station.

Good and comfortable, all things have been taken care . Food in night and breakfast is very good. Other sports instruments found easily. Swimming pool is clean and Gym well equipped. Overall experience is good and I will go for my next visit .
