"Every staff member adds value. They are kind, attentive, and ready to help. I've been here for four weeks and am very pleased. I think I've utilized almost all the services. My compliments to everyone who has personally assisted me with every request, and also to all the staff I haven't seen who are busy keeping the hotel running behind the scenes. The teamwork and collaboration make for a truly great stay. Thank you to Faisal and everyone that stops by around 4 p.m. to deliver mini chocolate bars as an evening treat. I have shared some spare chocolates with my coworkers and I put in an order for some to take home. These treats are created on property by Chef Dinesh. Special thanks to Rizwan and everyone that helps with laundry. You were able to get a drop of curry sauce out of my white shirt, and the cream-colored canvas shoes came back looking like they did when they were new – truly amazing! Housekeeping has been great in the rooms and around the hotel; thank you for always checking to see if I have more laundry and for refreshing my room and for keeping the public spaces in the hotel so presentable. The front desk hosts made it effortless to extend my stay when availability was low and made sure that I didn't have to move rooms or properties. All the meals in the restaurant have been great, and all my local colleagues have mentioned that the Indian food at the Golden Tulip is great quality."
