„Amazing for capsule hotel! Everything 5 stars! Next door is Coop City supermarket, buy the cooked food and eat in the hotel, choose from the nice table or sofa. Feel free to use their tableware, comes with free flow or still/hot or sparking water! Just amazing! Their service-top notch! From cleanliness to friendliness, not to mention helpfulness. Just ask them anything, from tour guide to travel tips, recommendations or so on… Capsule is huge, good sound proof. Air ventilation very good. Free locker for you, just need to bring your own padlock. They allowed me to use it before check in and way after check in time.  At this price and location, I feel this is definitely a 5 star capsule hotel! Will surely come back!”

„Check in was pretty fast and easy. The rooms are pretty decent with size, but only allow 2 adults and 1 child on the double bed. Paying for an additional bed for adult costs CHF 80, which is reasonable. However, since I have 2 young kids, I also have to pay for the additional bed. Though not a big deal, but hope hotel can revise the occupancy policy to offer family with 2 young child to stay in without additional costs, Location wise, it’s fantastic. Next to a university.”

„The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to any issues. Having long admired the reputation of Motel, a five-star hotel in China, this was my first time trying it, and I was finally able to support a Chinese company abroad. However, upon arrival, I discovered it was quite far from the train station, a regrettable oversight as I had missed out on a hotel closer to the station. The lack of a lobby and the two flights of stairs leading to a long, narrow corridor made it inconvenient for people with mobility issues. The interior design was an industrial style with gray and black tones, lacking a warm and inviting feel. I personally disliked the dark atmosphere of the hotel. The floorboards had large gaps, making it difficult to clean the accumulated dust. The worst part was that the hotel faced a road to the north, and every time a large vehicle passed, the vibrations were like an earthquake – indescribable and unsettling. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the hotel, my elderly relative couldn't sleep soundly at night. Ctrip also helped by communicating with the hotel multiple times, and staff even offered to upgrade to a north-facing room on several floors. However, the hotel refused to upgrade to a south-facing room or offer a refund. I'm disappointed with the management of this Chinese company and will not consider Motel again. At 6,000-7,000 RMB per night, the rudimentary room decor and the unavoidable vibrations made it a poor value for money. Lucerne is small; one day is enough, not worth staying for several days. My impression of the city and hotels during this trip was less than in other cities.”

„管理混亂，亂扣費！國內夥伴在定這個酒店時一定要留意扣款方面極為混亂，入住當天因為帶孩子加錢，前台服務生寫的紙條是80歐➕城市税，算下來2天200歐，當天就扣款了，我簽字的。結果我們走的當天早上7點又扣款237歐，中午時分又扣90歐早餐，因為每天行程早，所以沒定早餐，也壓根沒有去吃過早餐。所以在我不知情下扣了2筆費用，衹有第一筆是我簽字並明白的，導致我以為自己信用卡被盜刷，通過信用卡中心才知道都是這家酒店扣的！！！”
