„The room featured tasteful decor and a peaceful environment, offering a very comfortable stay. It’s located right in the city center, within walking distance to various shops and the main market—very convenient for exploring the area on foot. Breakfast was a highlight, with freshly made bread and jam lovingly prepared by the hospitable host. The room faces either east or west, so it can get quite warm during parts of the day. The only downside was a minor shower screen leakage that caused some water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Despite that, the overall experience was positive, and the warm hospitality made it a memorable stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a cozy and well-located option.”

„I've been to Genhe several times, and finally, there's a nice, large hotel in the city center! It seems to be in its trial operation phase, as there weren't many guests. The hotel has a great location, right on the main road leading into the city, just a few minutes' walk from the Cold Pole Thermometer. The price is reasonable for the summer, and we were upgraded upon check-in. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the afternoon tea, but the front desk, hearing we wouldn't arrive until after 7 pm, proactively reserved two delicious dinners for us. Bottled water is unlimited, provided by Baishui Mountain. The room is quite large and comfortable, and very quiet at night. Breakfast was good, but the 7-9 am time slot felt a bit early. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and Xiao Wang was particularly helpful, even helping us with our luggage in the car before we left.”

Seeing Genhe's sights from this hotel is easy with Aoluguya Ewenki Reindeer Culture Exhibition Hall, Aoluguya Reindeer Tribe Scenic Area and Aoluguya Primitive Tribe all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Genhe hotel features parking on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
„I received a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The self-service laundry room on the 4th floor was very convenient. The next day, after checking out, I realized I had left my earphones in the room. I contacted the hotel front desk, and they helped me retrieve them and mail them back. They were patient and provided excellent service. I recommend staying here.”

„房間很新，面積也很大。根河還有一家根河伴山酒店，導航千萬別錯了。酒店位置稍微偏僻，不過叫外賣是可以送到，沒什麼問題。房間有小愛智能，可以開燈開電視，其他的交互功能應該還沒有校準，可以試試。馬桶有自動加熱，淋浴花灑也很大，水壓稍微差點，不過這裏本來資源稀缺，能理解。餐廳的大姐態度很好，帶有孩子的會提醒不要做圓桌，因為有轉盤玻璃，不穩定不安全。我的車停在老闆的保時捷後面，老闆看到我在整理行李，特意把車子挪開，給我騰空間。”

„Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it's quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep! The owner is very welcoming and lit a fire beforehand; the heated kang (traditional Chinese bed) was very warm. I recommend the food—it's excellent, but be aware there might be a wait, haha. The courtyard is large and parking is convenient, but it's too cold to enjoy the outdoor facilities. The wet and dry areas are separated, and there's an independent water heater, which is great. If I had to offer a suggestion, the finger-shaped storage box next to the toilet is of poor quality; the owner should probably check it out.”

非常滿意！！！非常適合一家子入住，或者幾個朋友一起。房間設施很新很乾凈，裝修風格現代簡約，能看出來花了不少錢。 我們住的房型是兩個卧室，都是1.8米大床，客廳超級大。一切都很滿意，明年暑假再來。 一個小建議，配備個晾掛衣服的架子，可移動摺疊的那種。

Hotel to wiosna, każda z tych pokoi jest niezależna, a rezerwacja jest trudna, bez względu na to, czy rezerwacja jest pilna. Pobyt w dużym hotelu, który jest obok, spotkał się z siostrą i siostrą na przedpokoju. Zostaliśmy 20, dwa całkowicie oddzielne pomieszczenia i jeden pokój, a mieszkanie w dwóch rodzinach jest bez problemu, a dla nas i męża jest trochę marnotrawne.
