„The location is super convenient, very close to IOI City Mall. It's also less than 20 minutes from Putrajaya. However, the apartment itself is just average. There's one queen bed, one single bed, and a single floor mattress! Not very comfortable! The worst part is the sofa… And the kitchen utensils are terrible! The dishes are old and made of plastic. The induction hob is also very old. A lot of the furniture is just old.”

„Thought they have campfire since its public holiday (although Sunday), but they dont have it that day. Pool is a little “nothing much”, but kids loveeeee it. The simple slide made our youngest one brave emough to go down by himself. Food are soooo good and soooo many choices”

„Really satisfied with the service, fast respond, location superb”

„Strategic location, easy to reach, complete information regarding check in and check out”

„Stayed at Le Meridien Putrajaya and truly enjoyed the experience. The bed was super soft and comfy, the room was big, clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly. The breakfast spread was one of the best—so many choices! Loved that they also had a kids’ room for the little ones to play. Perfect for families!”

„The unit itself was very clean and well maintained upon arrival. However, there was a major discrepancy between the advertised listing and the actual setup provided. We booked and paid for an accommodation specified as three bedrooms with five beds. Upon check-in, the property only had two bedrooms and three beds. Because our party could not fit into the available space, we had no choice but to incur last-minute additional expenses to book an extra hotel room at a completely different location. While the listing error caused significant inconvenience and unexpected costs, both the property owner and Trip.com customer support acted swiftly and responsibly. The owner and the Trip.com agent provided immediate assistance to resolve the situation, and their professional, supportive response was greatly appreciated. The property itself is good if accurately represented, but the platform listing urgently needs to be updated to reflect the true room and bed configuration to prevent future booking disruptions.”
