We stayed here in a king suite. Unfortunately although I requested a quiet our room was extremely noisy next to the highway. The room was otherwise comfortable. We were just too tired from a daylong drive to complain or change rooms. If quiet is important make sure that's what you get before leaving the reception area. The breakfast was inedible - - truly awful. This hotel is convenient to the highway and a restaurant is within walking distance. I would not stay here again.

I wrote a review of this hotel almost exactly one year ago. It's still a solid choice for a short stay. It's just a bit more aged. You'll see stains on the carpets, dings in the furniture, and a few more signs of a hotel facing the same staffing challenges all others are facing. It's clean, comfortable, and well-manged in spite of these things. One thing that has not changed is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They go out of their way to make check-ins, check-outs and requests efficient. They do it with a smile and it makes you feel very welcomed. A few minor things to know if you're wondering whether to stay here: The pool is in a semi-permanent state of ”under repair.” So if that's important to you, you may want to opt for the Springhill Suites next door. The Courtyard is a bit more tailored to the needs of business travelers than the Springhill next door. It has a larger lobby and cafe area with more seating. Since they don't offer a ”free” breakfast like the Springhill and their rates are a few dollars higher, the Courtyard tends not to attract as many large groups like high school and college sports teams or tours. Overall, it's one of the best options if you're passing through Hagerstown.

Wife and I celebrated our 11yr at this hotel as we had dinner at the Black Rock Grill!!!! Julie was great at the front desk and so was the other staff perfect location very very clean hotel all over great breakfast recognized our Hilton gold status allowed us to check in early nice breakfast layout and choices Only thing I recommend is bigger TVs in the room due to where they are located and there is only one hard to see from the bed maybe 55 or 60 inch worth the investment for guest staying but overall thanks to Julie for being a great host and engaging us this made the stay at this hotel the best!!!

This hotel was well off the ”beaten trail” so I saved a bit of money compared with hotels close to the Interstate. The room was nice, but tired -- peeling paint, water stains, worn carpet, broken hair dryer. The bathroom was stocked with just one small bar of soap to serve both the sink and shower. There was no bath rug to use against the cold tile floor so I used a towel. Overall it was one of those ”you get what you pay for” deals. While the hotel presents as a 3-4 star on the outside, inside it felt more like a budget motel.

The extra mile they went to have everything clean and wiped down was excellent and it was great that they placed me where there was easy access to the dog walk area since I was traveling with my dog. This is an old place. And everything outisde the room is rough. The carpets are matted, there are some bad smells and the whole place looks like a disaster. That said, inside the rooms were fine, clean, no bugs, no nasties, beds were super comfortable and everything was ok. The TV is tiny. The breakfast etc was not great

This hotel was well off the ”beaten trail” so I saved a bit of money compared with hotels close to the Interstate. The room was nice, but tired -- peeling paint, water stains, worn carpet, broken hair dryer. The bathroom was stocked with just one small bar of soap to serve both the sink and shower. There was no bath rug to use against the cold tile floor so I used a towel. Overall it was one of those ”you get what you pay for” deals. While the hotel presents as a 3-4 star on the outside, inside it felt more like a budget motel.

Wife and I celebrated our 11yr at this hotel as we had dinner at the Black Rock Grill!!!! Julie was great at the front desk and so was the other staff perfect location very very clean hotel all over great breakfast recognized our Hilton gold status allowed us to check in early nice breakfast layout and choices Only thing I recommend is bigger TVs in the room due to where they are located and there is only one hard to see from the bed maybe 55 or 60 inch worth the investment for guest staying but overall thanks to Julie for being a great host and engaging us this made the stay at this hotel the best!!!

When I went there, I caught up with the typhoon and rain in the east, but this hotel can be said to be a perfect hotel. At the high-speed exit, next to Ole, there are shopping malls, Wal-Mart, there are many restaurants to eat, the hotel's breakfast is also very rich, there are omelets, there are beef patties, This is the best hotel on the recent trip!

We stayed here in a king suite. Unfortunately although I requested a quiet our room was extremely noisy next to the highway. The room was otherwise comfortable. We were just too tired from a daylong drive to complain or change rooms. If quiet is important make sure that's what you get before leaving the reception area. The breakfast was inedible - - truly awful. This hotel is convenient to the highway and a restaurant is within walking distance. I would not stay here again.

I wrote a review of this hotel almost exactly one year ago. It's still a solid choice for a short stay. It's just a bit more aged. You'll see stains on the carpets, dings in the furniture, and a few more signs of a hotel facing the same staffing challenges all others are facing. It's clean, comfortable, and well-manged in spite of these things. One thing that has not changed is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They go out of their way to make check-ins, check-outs and requests efficient. They do it with a smile and it makes you feel very welcomed. A few minor things to know if you're wondering whether to stay here: The pool is in a semi-permanent state of ”under repair.” So if that's important to you, you may want to opt for the Springhill Suites next door. The Courtyard is a bit more tailored to the needs of business travelers than the Springhill next door. It has a larger lobby and cafe area with more seating. Since they don't offer a ”free” breakfast like the Springhill and their rates are a few dollars higher, the Courtyard tends not to attract as many large groups like high school and college sports teams or tours. Overall, it's one of the best options if you're passing through Hagerstown.
