Nice room but the condition of the gym and swimming pool can be improve. There is nothing much nearby the hotel.

The hotel was very clean. Very good buffet options and super friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will be back.

Location is a bit far from the actual rocks at halong bay. However, across the road is a convenient store, a very ordinary night market and a good but very busy seafood restaurant nearby called Cua Vàng Bãi Cháy (Golden Crab). Hotel is clean and relatively new with an excellent sea view. The breakfast buffet option was well worth it considering the cafes nearby are really not that great by the norm. Staff are friendly and very helpful!

I am not happy with this hotel because of their lack of flexibility in terms of guest welfare. I booked a night at this hotel but had to cancel the day before check in due to being unwell en route. I called hotel to ask for a refund given the circumstances and they accepted the information but said that I needed to inform trip.com to activate refund. However, when trip.com intercepted kindly on my behalf the hotel changed their mind and said no refund.

I had a great time at this Hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. I went during the Labor Day holiday and it was a bit chaotic especially during check in, I was lucky enough to have the manager to help me check in, he was so nice and friendly he even noticed I was exhausted and hungry, promised to get me a room asap and voilà! I got a room upgrade. The restaurant food was ok but a bit overpriced, other than that it was great staying there! The staff at the restaurants are so friendly and kind…

Good location with reasonable price. Clean room, friendly staff, walking distance to the beach but have to walk further to the area that allow for swimming 🥰
