"Pokój z widokiem na zatokę miał nie tylko piękny widok, ale był też dość przestronny. Jedynym minusem były łóżka w pokoju typu twin – miały tylko 1.2 metra szerokości. Pracownik recepcji, pan Song, który mówił po chińsku, był dla nas nieocenioną pomocą podczas pobytu. Nie tylko odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania, ale także pomagał nam w zakupie drobnych przedmiotów. Co najważniejsze, z ogromną uprzejmością i dbałością zarezerwował dla nas transport powrotny do przejścia granicznego i wielokrotnie potwierdzał wszystko, aż do momentu, gdy wsiedliśmy do pojazdu. Byliśmy bardzo wzruszeni."

"The hotel was very clean, the facilities were new, and most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. They arranged a Ha Long Bay cruise for us that was cheaper than buying tickets outside the hotel. The cruise included a buffet and afternoon tea, and a shuttle service to and from the pier. They also arranged a bus to Hanoi for us, costing 250,000 VND per person. We were taken to the bus terminal by car, then took a luxury tourist bus (only three seats per row) to Hanoi, and from there, we were transferred to another car to be taken directly to the hotel."
