Pobyt był wspaniały i bardzo nam się to podobało. Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój na strychu, ale jesteśmy wokół 180-190cm więc właściciel pokazał nam pokój, głównie łazienka może mieć zbyt niski sufit i pomógł nam przełączyć pokój na tatami za darmo. Hotel był czysty, spokojny i w ładnej lokalizacji, spacerując od północnego jeziora Zachodniego. Właściciel dostarczał butelkę wody na osobę, ale można również kupić więcej wody lub nudów w lobby za bardzo tanie.

Spokojny wypoczynek nad Jeziorem Zachodnim! Idealnie położony w malowniczej okolicy Jeziora Zachodniego, ten hotel łączy spokój z dostępnością. Spokojne otoczenie i świeże powietrze natychmiast nas odprężyły. Nasz pokój był świetny, oferując przytulne miejsce wytchnienia po zwiedzaniu miasta. Poranne i wieczorne spacery nad jeziorem były czystą błogością, prawdziwym antidotum na miejski stres. Śniadanie zachwycało różnorodnością opcji, od lokalnych przysmaków po globalne klasyki, wszystkie świeżo przygotowane. Chociaż bufet obiadowy nie jest rozbudowany, każde danie lśni świeżymi, wysokiej jakości składnikami. Wyjątkowa obsługa sprawiła, że ​​nasz pobyt był wyjątkowy. Specjalne podziękowania dla pani Zhu Mengyao (朱梦瑶) w recepcji, której serdeczność i sprawność podczas zameldowania i wymeldowania sprawiły, że poczuliśmy się naprawdę mile widziani. I came to Hangzhou nostalgia hotel for my birthday, and stayed in the 4st floor. At my first my experience was not the best as I could hear construction noise from my bedroom. However, the staff took control of the situation and gave me a new room. They also decorate my room for my birthday, as a solo traveller it was heartwarming. They even bought a cake and handwritten note wishing me happy birthday. They don’t really speak English but they try their best, I don’t really speak mandarin so it is fair and we understood each other. Really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend as it is only 5 minutes walk from Hangzhou west lake.

Pokoje są czyste i eleganckie, a przed apartamentem znajduje się stolik do gry w karty, przy którym można napić się herbaty. Obsługa była szybka, a menedżer Zhang bardzo pomocny.

Hotel znajduje się w niewielkiej odległości od West Lake. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, a pokój jest czysty i wystarczająco przestronny. Jednak lobby hotelowe nie jest okazałe i nie ma widoku na West Lake. Nie spodziewaj się zbyt wiele po śniadaniu, ale ogólnie rzecz biorąc, pokój jest przyzwoity i bardzo dobry.

I’ve been there for a weekend trip. Not directly on the west lake (approx. 1.5 km walking distance) but very well located on a small channel. Well kept place with nice rooms and everything you need. They are not offering breakfast, but there’s a small market with coffee and very good eating options nearby. Management is quite attentive, friendly, and very helpful whenever needed. Definitely a place to be recommended for a stay.

The location I should said is one of the best around the area, with small restaurants, local more economical eats, convenient stores, a coffee joint all within minutes walk. Heading to LingYing Temple is just 500m walk. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, we were thankful for the transfer out of the restricted zone on Saturday upon check-out. We had a very comfortable stay and lovely breakfast for our 2 nights there, except for the very flat and slightly stained pillows, all is good!

Opened in 2026, this hotel is located within the West Lake Scenic Area and is quite easy to find right by the road. The facilities are still new as it's recently renovated. However, the building itself is an old house, with very narrow stairs and poor sound insulation – you can hear noises from downstairs and the street late at night. For someone with allergies, it was a real struggle... the air conditioning unit was directly above my head. It was too hot with the AC off at night, but if I turned it on, it blew directly on me and I kept sneezing. Also, breakfast is delivered to the room on a tray, as there's no restaurant.

Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko brzegów słynnego Jeziora Zachodniego. Dotrzesz do niego w mniej niż 8 minut spacerem od wejścia do recepcji hotelu. Jest cichy i w rzeczywistości jest częścią specjalnie wybudowanego osiedla mieszkaniowego dla lokalnych mieszkańców. Piękny, cichy i spokojny kompleks. Personel jest wydajny, uprzejmy i dobrze urządzony. Dostaliśmy wspaniały upgrade do apartamentu, którego się nie spodziewaliśmy. OGROMNY pokój z salonem i przestrzenią biurową. Świetne wyposażenie pokoju: czajnik DeLonghi, ekspres Nespresso, świetne kosmetyki L'Occitane i talerz świeżych owoców na powitanie. Łóżko było wygodne, a łazienka niesamowita. Byliśmy tam tylko jedną noc, ale na pewno wrócimy dla niej. Ja jednak prawdopodobnie odpuściłbym pakiet śniadaniowo-kolacyjny. Nie miał on tej samej jakości, co wrażenie, jakie chce dać hotel. Dla mnie smakował jak wstępnie przygotowane, a następnie odgrzane jedzenie. Było ładnie podane, ale brakowało mu odpowiedniej świeżości. Śniadanie ponownie dobrze podane, ale nie najwyższej jakości. Krótko mówiąc, świetna lokalizacja, świetny pokój, pakiet żywieniowy... Nic z tych rzeczy. Wróciłbym!

If West Lake had a quieter, more poetic side, this hotel is sitting right on it. The location is the real show-stealer. Set directly by West Lake, you’re greeted with some of Hangzhou’s most beautiful scenery—misty mornings, calm waters, ducks paddling by—without the usual tourist crowds. It’s the kind of place where time slows down whether you want it to or not. The hotel is made up of six two-storey villas, with Villas 1 and 2 converted from old residential houses, which gives parts of the property a heritage, guesthouse-style charm. There are three dining and leisure spaces: Yaoyuan Hall – where breakfast is served, with buffet lunch and dinner available at an additional cost (we didn’t try these). Xizi Hall – home to the Chinese restaurant. Yi Yuan – a lovely space to appreciate tea in a calm, traditional setting. Facilities are housed separately at Nan Yuan, which includes an indoor swimming pool (small, standard-sized), a gym, and costume/makeup services—great for those wanting period photography around West Lake. Now, honesty time—because sugar-coating helps no one. We were initially assigned a room in Villa 2, where the air-conditioning was completely non-functional. The room was extremely stuffy, and we were told this was “normal” and advised to open the windows, sheers, and curtains. In Hangzhou humidity? That answer didn’t quite land. After speaking with the villa concierge, we were shown a room in Villa 1, where the air-conditioning worked—but the room itself was noticeably run-down. At that point, we escalated to the lobby manager the next morning, who handled the situation well and upgraded us to Villa 6, the hotel’s newest addition. And what a difference. Villa 6 feels like a completely different hotel. Modern, well-maintained, and unmistakably more “hotel” than “guesthouse,” it finally matched the premium expectations set by the location. If you’re staying here, Villa 6 is absolutely the one to request. Despite the rocky start, the overall experience ended on a high note—especially for the kids. They loved the morning and evening strolls by the lake, feeding ducks, soaking in the scenery, and hopping on the internal buggy to move between points within the property. The staff deserve a special mention: consistently courteous, warm, and genuinely helpful, even when things didn’t go smoothly at first. Final verdict: An incredibly scenic, peaceful West Lake retreat with heartfelt service—but room quality varies greatly by villa. Choose wisely (Villa 6), and you’ll leave with beautiful memories, calm mornings, and a sense that Hangzhou quietly worked its magic on you.
