Hotele w mieście Harbin (Nan'gang District)

I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell.

I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Especially staff with tag No. 041 and there was a girl staff who help to assist me when I asked for pharmacy. Breakfast served was basic chinese breakfast. Each person get a hard boiled eggs and buffet style. You decide if you want to eat or take the eggs only. Room was just nice. It was a bit too cold for us and they let us have portable heater. You only need to ask for it okay. They have washing machine but no dryer so you need to be creative how to dry your own clothes 🤣. Its a bit far from subway but within 12 mins walking distance. My friend and I walked -21 degree to get to the station and it was nice. Many hidden underground shopping mall nearby which is walking distance. I love that the area are surrounded by pharmacy and clinic because at one point we really need to get some medication because our ******* not working. Oh, most of the time we travel using the bus which is 2 mins away from hotel. Its easy and convenient too.

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They kindly stored our luggage when we arrived early and again before our departure, which made exploring the city so convenient. The room itself was spotlessly clean and felt brand new, offering a very comfortable retreat. The location couldn't be better—just a five-minute walk to both the metro and main train station, with several good restaurants and useful shops right in the vicinity. It was the perfect base for our trip, combining great service, modern comfort, and outstanding convenience.

Booked a queen bed room without window but surprised to be upgraded to king size bed room with window. A little problem upon my arrival to the building as I was trying to look for the Sheng Ya logo outside the building. There is none. Just look for LOFT and go into the door on the right and navigate through to the lift. Some lifts do have the Sheng Ya (盛雅）logo beside the 14A button. At 14A floor, follow directions to front desk, where you will be greeted by a resident cat there. The bubbly young receptionist was friendly and she took photo of my passport as with other hotels. My room and pass code was sent to my WeChat in a jiffy. Loved the clean and spacious room, can even do your own laundry if your room comes with washing machine. Close to Harbin West Railway station and Metro station. I had a good night sleep after going for a bath house nearby (悦溪棠温泉洗浴）. Only downside， there are 5 lifts, can be a long wait for lifts and there are times when the lift stop at almost all floors. Other than this, highly recommended for single traveller to Harbin, value for money and conveniently located.

Good location, less than ten minute walk from the metro station with nice restaurants and convenience stores close by. Inside a quiet courtyard so no street noise at night. The beds are firmer than we westerners are used to but that's common for this country. I probably could have asked for extra bedding as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only very strange thing is that the bathroom door was see-through glass so there is no privacy if you are sharing a room . Frosted glass doors are bizarrely common in china but i've never seen one that was completely transparent.

Arrived at one o'clock in the evening, there was too much luggage, we asked the front desk lady to bring us some up, very powerful! The environment is very comfortable, very clean and comfortable, there is a faint fragrance, the room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, the sink is outside, the toilet and shower are also separated. There is also a normal-sized desk, a matching sofa and chair, an open wardrobe, which is generally good. The window is outside the wall, blocking the light, there is light on the side, you can see the scenery outside, the room is a little smaller, the parking lot is relatively close, walking back is far, friends who drive by car can consider more, but the overall flaws are not hidden! There is also an office area in the lobby, which is also relatively large.

Everything was good right until the last night… we put in our clothes in the machine to dry coz it was still wet . (They have only one machine). We set a timer for 2 hours and we came down 5 mins earlier. Their staff took out our clothes and put in other clothes saying the customer is in a rush. Our clothes were still sloppy wet which means the machine barely ran for 10 mins before they took out our clothes. It was our last night and we need to pack our luggage. We waited another 10 mins and put in our clothes to dry again after communicating with the staff. We timed 2 hours again. The best part was 2 hours later at 1am, the machine was still running with 2 hours left and the 5 bags of dirty laundry that I saw 2 hours ago is now 3 bags. I had to get the staff to help me manually stop the machine coz it cannot be unlocked if the time is not up. My clothes were still wet, same as per 2 hours ago. I was too tired and speechless with their behaviour to continue this nonsense. I had to wake up 3 hours earlier just to blow dry my clothes so that I can pack them into my luggage. Very bad experience!
