Hotele w mieście Harbin (Nan'gang District)

I need to take the high speed train early morning hence chosen Xueli Hotel as it is near to harbin west train station and it’s above a shopping mall and opposite is the Wanda mall. Family room is big and some free snacks are provided for. Only downside is the room assigned with slight sewage smell.

I stayed at the Tianzhu Hotel right by the Harbin Railway Station, and honestly, it’s a bit of a toss-up. The location is the only real winner here—being right next to the airport bus and the train station is a lifesaver if you’re hauling luggage or have a super early flight. That part was super convenient. But the room itself? Pretty disappointing. It felt really old and worn out, like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The vibe was just kind of dingy. To make matters worse, the shower was a struggle. The water pressure was pathetic and the temperature was all over the place—either freezing or scalding. It made getting ready pretty frustrating. If you just need a cheap spot to crash for a few hours before a train, it does the job, but don't expect much. I’d probably look elsewhere next time if I wanted a comfortable stay.

The location is excellent, with proximity to malls and restaurants. It’s within walking distance of a train station and situated next to the main road. The room is spacious and equipped with good amenities, including a comfortable bed and a toilet and shower room. The lobby is classy and has a pleasant scent, and the staff are very polite and helpful, even though they may not speak English fluently.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Especially staff with tag No. 041 and there was a girl staff who help to assist me when I asked for pharmacy. Breakfast served was basic chinese breakfast. Each person get a hard boiled eggs and buffet style. You decide if you want to eat or take the eggs only. Room was just nice. It was a bit too cold for us and they let us have portable heater. You only need to ask for it okay. They have washing machine but no dryer so you need to be creative how to dry your own clothes 🤣. Its a bit far from subway but within 12 mins walking distance. My friend and I walked -21 degree to get to the station and it was nice. Many hidden underground shopping mall nearby which is walking distance. I love that the area are surrounded by pharmacy and clinic because at one point we really need to get some medication because our ******* not working. Oh, most of the time we travel using the bus which is 2 mins away from hotel. Its easy and convenient too.

We really liked the hotel. It is located on the 17th and 18th floors of a high-rise building. The windows offer a magnificent view of the city and Harbin West Railway Station. The location is very good, the metro station and bus stops and three huge shopping centers are close to the hotel. The decoration of the room is very pleasant. Gorgeous comfortable beds and great bedding. The bathroom is beautiful and comfortable. Sofas with a window lounge table add home comfort. The breakfasts are delicious, diverse, and hearty. Polite and helpful staff. If we go to Harbin, we'll stay at this hotel again.

衞生：衞生很好，屋內很乾凈，我女朋友第一次住賓館説第一次見洗手池開水把手這麼乾淨的，乾濕分離的，洗澡別怕把水弄在淋浴室外，因為真的很乾，睡一晚全部會幹，撒地上就當加濕器加濕了，別忘了帶加濕器。 設施：暖氣很舒服，屋內還有中央空調，來哈爾濱玩在這住了4晚，2樓洗衣房還有會議室，負一樓有早餐，大廳有很多寄存行李的哈哈h哈全部來玩的。 環境：離地鐵站超級超級近，所以去哪都很方便，女朋友做的攻略，這個地點是去哪邊都很近的中心點，做了很多比價，這個旺季這個位置這個衞生環境這個性價比槓槓的。 每天都起的晚玩的晚沒拍啥照片，這幾張還是最後一天晚上拍的哈哈哈哈，給幾個哈爾濱雪景冰雕圖吧

We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room and were thoroughly impressed with the value this hotel offers. The location is absolutely amazing—it is right next to the Harbin train station, which made travelling so convenient. The room itself was clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a cold day out. The service provided by the front desk team was amazing and very welcoming. A really fun and convenient feature was the delivery robot! If you order food (like *******) or need items sent to your room, a robot delivers them right to your door. Overall, this hotel is excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it for the location and service alone.

The overall environment is very clean and fresh, and the decor and design have a warm feel. There were plenty of water bottles in the room, which was great for making tea. However, I didn't get any coffee sachets, and I personally prefer coffee. The breakfast was quite substantial and filling.

房間乾淨衞生，設施齊備，停車方便，地理位置也很方便，前台負責人非常熱情，對我們的詢問，都能做到細緻解答，讓我們有種回家的感覺，關鍵是性價比很高，太划算了。而且門口就是普照寺，有時間可以去拜拜

This hotel is the best, I am from Malaysia and I recommend it 100% to tourists who are looking for comfortable accommodation and the most special service, the staff at the hotel are very friendly and very helpful in any activities you want to do in Snow Town, the clean and comfortable rooms are undeniable, will come here again 🤍🤍
