來附近考試定了這家賓館老闆人很好很好説話還祝我考試順利啦哈哈哈屋內很乾凈陽光充足屋內很暖和住宿很安心真的很不錯😌入住首選離考點也很近

酒店的牌匾是在希岸的側面，所以從希岸一樓進入即可。我們定了兩個房間，上樓加前台的微信，按照要求發送資料等訊息後就可以收到密碼入住。整體環境很新，枕頭和被子很暖和舒適，窗外視野也不錯，有洗衣機、冰箱很方便，客服回覆很及時，樓下就有小籠包早餐店經濟實惠，推薦大家來入住，對於e人很友好。唯一一點就是我入住的時候是五一，晚上十點半到酒店，因為沒有位置所以車停在路邊有一點遠的地方。所有酒店隔音其實都一樣，所以建議大家出行買一對舒適的耳塞和眼罩隨身攜帶，無論在哪裡都會休息的很好凹！

房間質量和小區環境都非常非常不錯，根本超預期。房間看得出來老闆是用了心思佈置的，細節都非常到位。房間很有設計感，傢俱質量包括軟裝都非常不錯，設施也都可以。細節做得好，一次性紙杯廚房調料保鮮膜保鮮袋一應俱全。令人驚訝洗面奶牙膏都有。毛巾用品也質量非常好。是從中央大街和巴洛克住過來的，住了三家民宿，這家最好。位置雖然在松北區，但是打車不過二十幾塊錢十幾分鍾，其實晚上從中央大街出口出來目的地這裏反而好打車，然後去機場路也好開完全不堵車。一開始就是擔心位置問題沒有定這裏，後來不去雪鄉沒訂到房間住過來才發現是最佳的選擇。設施全部能用，衞生間沒有異味，乾淨，是比前兩家都在線的地方。非常不錯。唯一可以改善的，暖氣太熱，可以調小一點，還有枕頭太高，最後走才發現櫥櫃裏有矮枕頭。

I had a wonderful stay at the Rezen Dong Hotel Harbin Ice & Snow World. The facilities were excellent, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the location ideal. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from the staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel right at home, even in the middle of winter! Highly recommended — I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good about this hotel except that the room thermostat was set too high that the room became stifling. We finally had to turn off the thermostat for the room to cool down and had to open up the blinds/curtains at bedtime for some cold to come thru the window panes. There were no openable windows in the room. We also had to open the door to allow the cooler air in the hallways to come into the room to lower the whole room temperature.

帶孩子旅行住的，非常舒適，房間很寬敞佈局合理，個人感覺跟香格里拉的佈局很像，親子房有兩個洗手池，放東西的枱麪也很多，非常方便。五星酒店該有的細節和服務都有，價格卻很便宜。另外挨着萬象滙，帶孩子吃飯買東西步行兩分鐘，後悔沒有四晚都訂這裏了。下次來哈爾濱還會住這裏～

規模不大，五臟俱全 房間各方面都很新，老闆很熱情 早上早餐吃的舒服（紅腸、小米粥等等） 枕頭睡的挺舒服 交通方面，出行去冰雪大世界、中央大街等地方，可以選擇打滴滴到世貿大道地鐵站，然後再坐地鐵，還是很方便的 這個價格在12月份的哈爾濱，性價比很高

I arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service. Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone. The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography. The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

Hardware: the mouse is gpw2 no problem, the computer table can adjust the height by itself no problem, the problem is the keyboard. He uses a small keyboard at home, and it is not a small keyboard. There is no super small keyboard with arrows up and down. It is as uncomfortable as *** when playing some games, and it is a type-c data cable connection. When playing fps, ws sometimes breaks touch. WeChat asked the front desk if there is a big keyboard. The front desk said no. Let's not talk about the others. As an e-sports hotel, do you have any opinions on the big keyboard? You may not need it, but you have to prepare at least one or two. There is a big keyboard at the front desk and then when I went to borrow it, I said that they would not give it for office use, and I didn't recruit it. It is recommended that friends who play some games with the right game should consider carefully. 3. Sound insulation: The sound insulation is not very good. The Wa student next to me was talking about his mother's little 🐶. I listened to it all night and it was quite clear. 整體還是不錯的，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境也還可以，服務也不錯，可以自助辦理入住，交通比較方便，周邊的餐廳也比較多，有個萬象城，有個缺點就是，我住的這個房間沒有空調，沒有暖氣，哈爾濱的晚上確實會有點冷。
