Good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable room health services, very enthusiastic, willing to provide a variety of help the little girl is very enthusiastic, worthy of reward.

The hotel is very easy to get to and located right where the Chinese Baroque street is. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and does not smell. The amenities are well equipped. The beddings are clean and comfortable. The O.A Smith water dispenser was very convenient and easy to use. The lighting control was easy to use and scene settings were thoughtful. The room was equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control which was nice to have. Overall the experience was very pleasant. Would recommend.

房間衞生乾淨，整潔，空間特別大 位置真的太方便了，離江邊與中華巴洛克近，下了車沒多久就到，不用拎着行李走遠路；離中央大街也不遠，步行十幾分鍾就能到，逛吃，看冰雕都方便，對長輩特別友好。衞生方面完全沒話説，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟無異味，床墊軟硬適中，爸媽説睡得很舒服。地板擦得鋥亮，光着腳走都沒問題，衞生間沒有一點異味，洗漱台，馬桶，淋浴間都沒有水漬污漬，連扶手都擦得乾乾淨淨，住着特別放心。 服務熱情又貼心，讓人心裏暖暖的。辦理入住的時候，工作人員還特意給我們安排了低樓層，説上下樓方便。臨走時候提醒我們出門記得隨身攜帶貴重物品，真的太細心了。 房間裝修簡約大方，設施齊全，價格也很親民，性價比超高。下次帶家人來哈爾濱還住這兒，已經推薦給身邊有長輩出遊計劃的朋友

This hotel is amazing for kids. We had three different rooms, they were all fantastic. One room had a slide and ball pit, one had a tree with a tree house for kids to sleep in, the third room was like candy land. My child loved staying here. The location is great, it's a 5 min walk to Chinese Baroque Street, which is a pedestrian only street filled with Russian and Chinese souvenir shops, cafes and shops warm clothes. There were so many photo opportunities. There are taxis out front so it's easy to go to Harbin Snow and Ice World, Siberian Tiger Sanctuary or St Sophia Church. The service at the hotel was excellent. The receptionist, Wang Xinrui, was incredible. She helped us numerous times, including finding a pharmacy and navigating the TV to find English speaking movies when our child was unwell. She was always available and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was super impressed with this hotel. We booked at the last minute (literally standing outside in -30 degree weather) when our other hotel cancelled on us and didn’t tell us. The Baroque rooms were very clean and comfortable with fantastic jacuzzis. The location was also great, we loved exploring the street it was located in. Staff were also very nice and friendly. Thank you!

The room is quite small for this kind of boutique hotels. Location is not really that good and not near to any shopping areas, have to take taxi around. One thing good is that whenever u order food delivery they will bring up to your room.

這次入住體驗非常愉快！酒店服務真的很贊，前台工作人員態度熱情專業，辦理入住高效，還主動幫忙提行李，讓人感覺特別貼心。 房間衞生條件超出預期，床鋪整潔乾淨，衞生間沒有任何異味，整體環境清新舒適，細節處也打理得一塵不染。設施維護得很新，空調靜音效果好，暖氣非常暖和，晚上睡得特別踏實。 酒店位置也很方便，周邊安靜不吵鬧，距離各個景點很近，出行非常方便，下次再來哈爾濱一定會再次選擇這裏！

Pokój jest dość wyjątkowy, jak widać na zdjęciach. Podwójne łóżka pomieszczą cztery osoby. Ze względu na wystrój inspirowany skałami, łatwo uderzyć się w głowę podczas wstawania lub kucania, więc należy zachować ostrożność podczas meldowania. Na dolnym łóżku piętrowym, najbliżej ściany, nie ma zasięgu telefonu komórkowego. To pensjonat, a nie hotel. Lokalizacja jest bardzo blisko rzeki; pierwsze piętro wygląda jak niedokończony budynek i jest dość zniszczone. Hol również jest dość nieprzyjemny. Zameldowanie odbywa się na 12. piętrze, które również jest dość brudne i niezbyt czyste. Winda też nie była zbyt czysta. Może jestem zbyt surowy, porównując pensjonat do hotelu! Jednorazowe ręczniki to plus. W łazience znajduje się pralka, co jest wygodne. Jest dwuosobowa wanna z widokiem na rzekę; torba kąpielowa jest dostępna bezpłatnie, co jest dość higieniczne. Wyposażenie pokoju jest dość kompletne, z [lista przedmiotów], a opłaty są wyraźnie oznaczone. Napoje w lodówce również są wyraźnie oznaczone jako bezpłatne. Podczas zameldowania poproszono mnie o zeskanowanie kodu QR ze ściany; nie jestem pewien, co to jest, ale i tak to zrobiłem. W pensjonacie obowiązuje zamek szyfrowy do zameldowania! Największą zaletą pensjonatów w Zhejiang jest wysokie piętro i wspaniały widok na rzekę. Pokoje z widokiem na rzekę są również popularną opcją w innych hotelach nad rzeką.

👍 • The young lady at the reception, 高润雪, was incredibly helpful. Any issues were taken care of immediately. • Room was lovely and warm with floor heating. The entire decor and setting of the hotel is incredibly cozy. • Location was accessible to all Harbin winter attractions. • Breakfast was filling. 👎 • The room in which I stayed did not have any views, not even onto the hotel courtyard. But then again, I did not go to the hotel to stay at the hotel, so it did not really matter.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is perfect, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfy, and it had great natural light and ventilation. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, with facilities that are both comprehensive and new. It offers incredible value for money, and I had such a comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to everyone!
