I am really reluctant to share. This has to be the single best guest housewe have ever stopped in. The rooms are immaculate. Service is simply BRILLIANT. Breakfast is delicious and plentyful. Yes the stairs are very steep. However trust me. Mick and Denys are excellent hosts. Book now and thank me later.

Great location, free street parking with cards obtained from the wonderful proprietor Michael. Worth mentioning there is a taxi firm over the road and it only cost us £6 SIX POUNDS to the Pranzo restaurant on Cold Bath Road. Everything was perfect from price to a lovely warm bedroom during a cool April stay. Beautiful tiled en-suite and plentiful breakfast. Your search ends here.

Absolutely fabulous stay! Highly recommend. Hosts were lovely, helpful, knowledgeable about the area and nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was excellent with a great choice including cereals, cooked breakfast, juice, tea and fresh coffee. Room was spotless, spacious and comfy with everything you need. Already booked again!!

This is a perfect place for a stay in Harrogate. My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights at Easter. The location is excellent, just a short walk into the centre of Harrogate. The rooms were spotless and well equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice on offer. The owners were really pleasant and helpful and even sorted us with a parking permit for our stay. Overall, a perfect stay.

Great bed and breakfast which was fantastic value . Our room was well appointed and spotless. Excellent hosts as was the our cooked breakfast which was accompanied with various cereals. Location is also excellent and whilst we were only a five minute walk to the town centre, our room was quiet at night time and the owners also provided a free parking permit for on street parking . We will be back!

Had a lovely stay at the weekend. Hotel is lovely, clean and warn with great facilities. Hosts Michael and Denise were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Perfectly located a shirt walk from the centre of town. Would recommend this hotel, thanks for a lovely stay.

Absolutely perfect b&b on a quiet street within easy walking distance from town centre. Perfect hosts who cook a delicious breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. Room was lovely - en suite - spotless and very nicely decorated. Highly recommend. Parking permit provided.
