"This is a beautiful building in the heart of Harrogate, and close to just about everything you want to see. The apartments are beautiful: spacious, well-equipped and spotless. The ladies really put their hearts into providing everything you need for your stay, from toiletries to kitchen utensils and cleaning materials, tourist information and instructions for everything in your chosen accommodation. As female lone travellers for work, security and privacy were important to us, and we were delighted to have both in abundance."

"Amazing from start to finish. Breakfast was delicious, great options. Room (lodge suites) we’re warm, noise proof and clean Food, slightly on the more expensive side, however good size portions and delicious so worth the extra money! Attention to detail throughout our was unreal. We will certainly be back!!"

Granville Apartments Harrogate

"Had an enjoyable stay. Excellent position in the town centre. Would use again but felt there was some issues that could be addressed or noted on the information. Flat 2 was up two flights of stairs which could be an issue and this should be noted. We struggled to find the apartment as it is down a very small side street off the main road. Also there are some up and down steps to access the entrance door. We felt some lighting on these would have been beneficial as they were dangerous in the dark. We couldn’t find a teapot and had to use the coffee pot. Personally I would have liked a shelf or small table in the bathroom to put my toiletries on. A bulb needs replacing as it was flickering all the time. But other than this I would recommend it to others."

"Visited Thursday 4th September .29 mins before carvery finished.Pork/turkey plus veg etc.My partner has had a major operation and was clearly struggling to plate up.I felt i needed to explain the reason when he missed his plate slightly.,as the chef/guy just stood looking at him.No customer service skills whatsoever.My partner received one slice of pork one of turkey.He did ask if he may have one sausage to be told an emphatic NO.The reason being obvious 20 minutes later when what was left went to staff helping themselves.The carvery was no where near as good as it used to be,very poor.They do have a discount for over 55 on a Thursday,and the poor offering reflected this.I suggest he needs training in a little empathy instead of stood staring,maybe offering a helping hand(yes i did),.The chef staring at him only made him more self conscious,wont be returning."

"Sprawdzamy dziś. Zostaliśmy tu wiele razy i staje się naszym „go to” hotel w Harrogate. Menedżer, Betty, jest tam od wielu lat i zawsze sprawia czas, aby goście czuli się mile widziani. Nic nie jest zbyt kłopotliwe dla Betty i jej zespołu. Jest to budżetowy hotel, ale bardzo wygodny i duża wartość. Lokalizacja centralna jest idealna i jest wiele udogodnień w pobliżu, w tym dobry Wetherspoons sąsiadujący na tanie posiłki lub napoje. Będziemy wracać jeszcze przed zbyt długim, bez wątpienia."

"Took my parents here for Sunday lunch yesterday. Can’t fault the food, however the service was severely lacking. Constantly waiting around for everything. Order to be taken, food, dessert menu. Asked for the bill and we had to go out to the bar to see if we could pay there l, as got fed up waiting (again!) I was minded to ask them to remove the 12.5% service charge as the service was well below par. I Expect better service from an establishment like Rudding Park, this was my third visit , not sure I would return."
