"Had an enjoyable stay. Excellent position in the town centre. Would use again but felt there was some issues that could be addressed or noted on the information. Flat 2 was up two flights of stairs which could be an issue and this should be noted. We struggled to find the apartment as it is down a very small side street off the main road. Also there are some up and down steps to access the entrance door. We felt some lighting on these would have been beneficial as they were dangerous in the dark. We couldn’t find a teapot and had to use the coffee pot. Personally I would have liked a shelf or small table in the bathroom to put my toiletries on. A bulb needs replacing as it was flickering all the time. But other than this I would recommend it to others."

"Pobyliśmy 2 noce w tym pięknym zakwaterowaniu. Jest to zaledwie kilka mil za Harrogate w ładnej, spokojnej wsi. Jest przystanek autobusowy kilka kroków, jeśli chcesz opuścić samochód na dzień w Harrogate. Sophie posiada wsi deli i mini rynek, a także to łóżko i śniadanie obiektu jako część kawiarni i piekarni. Lokalni pop w ciągu dnia na jej lunch, kawę i świeżo pieczone ciasta. Jest gościnną, przyjazną i pomocną hostessą. Jej duży dom ma również duży ogród z obszarami do relaksu i nie ma problemu z łatwym parkingiem. Nasz pokój był bliźniakiem, lekki i wygodny z dużą łazienką, skuteczne ogrzewanie i potężny prysznic. Całe menu śniadaniowe kawiarni jest dostępne rano dla gości, a Sophie zapewni różne wybory, jeśli czegoś zażądasz. WiFi działa dobrze. Zakwaterowanie jest obok starego pubu, który służy do dobrej wartości i pysznej żywności, źródła lokalnie. Jedyną poprawą, którą mógłbym zasugerować, jest zapewnienie pełnego lustra w sypialni!"

"Hotel needs some serious investment. Bathroom not clean and only one towel - asked for more and was given 3 hand towels! Reported light not working in bathroom - did not get fixed in the 3 days we were there. Breakfast was very poor - no staff so no clean tables and had to wait for food to be replenished all 3 days we were there. Asked for a drink from the bar on Sunday lunchtime and told no staff aged over 18 on duty in the hotel to serve us! How can this be? Have stayed numerous times before and always recommended to others, would not recommend now! We paid almost £800 for three nights (2 rooms), and felt no value for money at all."

"Położony w samym sercu mostu Pateley, wyrzucony za High Street, łóżko Willow i śniadanie, zapewnił uroczy czysty i wygodny pokój. Mała lodówka z świeżym mlekem i butelkowaną wodą była bardzo doceniona. Dużo kawy, herbaty itp. i zaopatrzenia w czekoladę były uroczą niespodzianką. Chociaż ensuite był bardzo mały, to było doskonale odpowiednie. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne. Śniadanie było świeżo gotowane, piękne zaprezentowane, hojne i bardzo smaczne, rzeczywiście, najlepsze, jakie mieliśmy od dawna i zjadliśmy wiele śniadania! Mała restauracja również służy społeczeństwu i oczekujemy, że jakość żywności w innych czasach dnia będzie również wyjątkowa, zdecydowanie polecamy."

"Took my parents here for Sunday lunch yesterday. Can’t fault the food, however the service was severely lacking. Constantly waiting around for everything. Order to be taken, food, dessert menu. Asked for the bill and we had to go out to the bar to see if we could pay there l, as got fed up waiting (again!) I was minded to ask them to remove the 12.5% service charge as the service was well below par. I Expect better service from an establishment like Rudding Park, this was my third visit , not sure I would return."

The ladies really put their hearts into providing everything you need for your stay, from toiletries to kitchen utensils and cleaning materials, tourist information and instructions for everything in your chosen accommodation. As female lone travellers for work, security and privacy were important to us, and we were delighted to have both in abundance."

Room (lodge suites) we’re warm, noise proof and clean Food, slightly on the more expensive side, however good size portions and delicious so worth the extra money! Attention to detail throughout our was unreal. We will certainly be back!!"
