I'm sure that if you need a bed to sleep in, this place is fine. Do not have a situation or circumstance that requires manager assistance, forget it! I'm a travel nurse working for a nearby hospital. The night before my scheduled reservation, I tested positive for covid. I immediately contacted the hotel to let them know, and was old to forward my results to the managers email address, and they would refund my stay. I sent the results the next day and called to follow up a few days later. I was told the manager was out and to call in 2 days after 3pm. This happened several times for a few weeks before I actually received correspondence from the manager stating that I would need to contact Priceline to get the refund authorized. I immediately called them and they went through the same process with contacting the manager as I did. Eventually, she declined to give he refund. I hen escalated to the Better Business Bureau, and she chose not to respond to that either. I even attempted to reach back out via email thinking she may empathize with my situation and again, she chose not to respond at all. I'm disgusted at this behavior and will not choose them again.

So this is an old Holiday inn that was rebranded in Sept 2021. No secrets here. When you get in you think it's a pretty nice place, lots of common area that are nice. The bad starts when you start walking to your room. The hallways pipes are leaking and there are garbage cans to catch the water and boards installed on the floor. Most of the room where not even used and kept empty. About 20-30 cars in the parking. Didn't look like they were renovating. Rooms are OK at best, not super clean... Pool was decent for the kids. Le locking outside doors don't all work so anyone can get in at night so security is an issue. A lot of the room where just kept open with swing bar. I could have entered a room and slept there for free with my sleeping bag. Only one of the 4 ice machine was kinda working. Water pressure was so high that it hurt showering. Not sure where they are going with the hotel, it's big and could be nice. We won't be back to this one. Price was ok for 1 night. If you like to walk there is nice trail in the wood just 3 minutes drive behind the hotel, it was lots of fun with the kids.

The hotel looks old, but it is well maintained and belongs to the HILTON hotel. The room has no way to open the window, it is a bit wet. The hotel front desk Xiaohe is quite willing to chat. It was very convenient to book the airport where Red Dot’s car went.

Room 218. On entering the door I was met a very clean suite. The bedroon area is in/out door carpet, with the bathroom and hallway a tile like material. A comfortable king be with five pillows. On the left side is a shelf with a digital clock with a small yet very bright light. On the right side is a wooden bench, with a phone. Facing the bed is a combo cabinet with a medium side flat screen, micro and fridge. Didn't have time for the micro or tv. A deck with lamp, two outlets & one charing unit. A comfortable swival chair. In one corner is a floor lamp. I counted three usable double outlets. Room has a luggage rack. Bathroom. A tub/shower combo. Hot water for shower in five seconds, good tome for a three story facility. Plenty of towels. Two small bars of soap for sink & shower. I suggest bring your own bars of soap.Good size mirror. Hair dryer. Bottles of shampoo, conitioner, body wash, antibacterial hand sanitizer and for the lady guest makeup remover. The bathroom's only drawback is that the door must be shut to use the toilet, bathroom is short in length. The closet has a double sliding door-each door has a full length mirror. Closet has iron & board, five wooden hangers with a tubular shelf. The desk is the room's coffee maker with Rainforest & Premium select Decaf. Room's A/C is contralled by a wall unit. On arrival at 4:00 PM, a/c was on that needed to be shut off. There is no blakout curtains, instead a grayest white to block any outside lookers. Breakfast. Hours start at 6:30. Two waffle maker. Hard boiled eggs, pasties, cooler for butter, yoget, bowl for apples & oranges. Three dry cereals. Drinks are coffee, apple & orange juices & cold water.Sitting were 4 route tables & 5 square tables and two childred's high chairs. Lounge chairs are available watching the morning news. Guests are greeted with a ste of automatic sliding doors. There is an indoor pool & fitness center. Being on the second I heand NO from the third floor. Plenty of parking mostly in back.. The nearest service/convenient station is an Exxon right across Saw Miill River Road.Two elevator are available, each being quiet & smooth. I would say four guest at one time would be best. Checkin/out was not a problem. The only staff member I learned was La Crista. I recommend a stay. I stayed in another Batmont that had taked over another chain that ended being at most a B. This Baymont had recently taken over another chain, however this facility is an A. The only drawback was the small bathroom.

The room is fully equipped with tableware, cooking stove, refrigerator, range hood, microwave oven, etc. It is quite suitable for self-catering. The front desk service is also very good. I will come again if I have the chance. It is very good.

Came to Sonesta to rest the night after having a terrible day and my day immediately became better off of two interactions with the staff. Danaya and a bartender who I saw from 6-7pm. I was on line ready to check in with a down look on my face since I wasn’t able to return home after working a double at the hospital. As I go up to check in I’m greeted with this amazing energy, positive attitude, vibe and aura that can immediately make you smile after just a couple of sentences. This person is Danaya. She made my day so much better after just a small conversation. I did come back down later to drop my girlfriend off to her car and again me and her both were greeted with the same energy that I had received a couple of hours earlier. I do believe that every job and every place deserves someone like Danaya! The amount of joy I received after checking in truly made my night so much better and I wish her all the best! I wish I had asked for the bartender’s name who made me a Caribbean rum punch! I sat down after speaking with Danaya who told me about happy hour, and ask the bartender for his favorite drink since I had just turned 21 a week/ 2 weeks ago. He immediately went to work on the first drink I’ve had out of the many I’ve had in this short time that I enjoyed. I’m not big on Alcohol since I’m just now exploring it but the one he had made for me was amazing. With his cheerful attitude and quickness of the drink I was definitely grateful for him being there! Wish him all the best also! The room was amazing and something not many people realize is how important it is to have such good water while showering. I feel like it’s always overlooked but my shower was fantastic here. The king sized bed I had was like sleeping and a cloud and the channels they had were great to watch. Tv was amazing and everything was clean. The window has an amazing view! This hotel is amazing. From the rooms, to the guest and to the staff that do their best to provide nothing but the best service you can receive. Any hotel can offer a bed to sleep on and a happy hour but none do it better than Sonesta! Thank you to all who work there and I wish you the best in life. And another personal thanks to Danaya, the bartender who served me, and to whoever cleaned my room before and after my stay! I wish nothing but great things for you guys! An awesome place. I had to call for extra pillows and they were delivered right away! The breakfast was great and the room quiet and clean. We had to travel for a funeral and the staff, especially a tall guy who worked at late afternoon on Aug 21 made sure we had everything we needed and listened to our concerns, which weren't many but truly listened and took action. I didn't know his name, but he was wonderful, a real asset to your company!

I stayed in this hotel for my business trip. The location of this hotel is very convenient, easy access to highway and the train goes to Manhattan directly. I used the train to travel Manhattan, it was a easy access to the time square. The room is clean, I was very impressed seeing the staff sanitizing heavy traffic areas. The staff is friendly and when I was there, one of the elevators was broken, but the staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room. Before I left, the elevator is repaired. This is quiet impressive of the service. It seems customer service is priority in this particular hotel.

My family and I stayed at Cambria Hotels for a couple days. Each room was neat and super clean. It’s very noticeable their staff cares about their work and what they put out. Housekeeping personnel were extremely kind and hospitable which made our stay so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Other staff members were very professional and welcoming and the rooms were very organized so I can confidently say I’d be staying here again ! Josh E. Burke

The rooms are very spacious! ! It is very convenient to have a kitchen to cook. Ample parking, friendly breakfast and great service! In particular, a girl at the front desk named Meylin was very enthusiastic and made the journey very complete and warm! The location is extremely convenient, five minutes walk from the train station.
