That hotel was amazing nearest in High-Tech zones. Very frieny and room was good enough big, and clean room. Briefcase was delicoues. Nearest in metro station.

The staff was very friendly and professionals. Even if they didn't speak English they were always helpful. Fast check in and check out. The lobby is very nice. The room spacious and quiet. Room a bit dated with some small breaks. Breakfast does not have good quality food, need to improve. Still this hotel excellent value for money apart the breakfast.

3.14號我還沒退房，想原房續住，結果一打電話，房間定出去了，我要定我原房還得加錢住，牛啊，就這種管理，誰還會去住。我要不是懶得收拾行李早換酒店了，從1118有氧大床換到他們這個套房，打電話給前台，讓安排個人幫我媳婦拿下行李，前台直接説沒人，後來我打攜程客服才解決搬行李的問題，我就想問，你們酒店服務就是找樣的？管理層是怎安心拿工資的，有到現場去看看你們的酒店都快被糟蹋車成啥樣了。電梯3部衹能用一部貨梯，衞生間的水漏瓷磚跟狗啃的一樣，或許我衹配做滿是小廣告的電梯，站在狗啃一般的地磚上洗澡吧

酒店環境還可以，不過服務態度，房間衞生，設施差的很。尤其是前台，從進店辦入住，到打電話要兩瓶礦泉水都不給，還讓我花錢買。我住了那麼多酒店第一次遇到，這還是個4星級標準的酒店，一點服務態度都沒有，3.14號我忘記帶卡，去前台開一個，還跟我吵架，真是服了。也服這個酒店的管理了。

1，酒店服務態度不好，2，酒店飲用水沒有另外要收費，3，標準間兩個倉位間隙太小衹有10公分，4，四星酒店浴袍也沒有。，5，四星級酒店早餐送到房間。就幾個小饅頭，一碗稀飯。一個雞蛋。這樣的四星級酒店能住嗎？永遠也不會再來了。這是我在中國做的最差的一個四星級酒店。
