The only minor downside is that some of the facilities are a bit old, especially noticeable in the bathroom. Also, the space for afternoon tea and dinner is quite small, though the food itself was satisfying. Overall, the room quality is excellent, and it felt like a very good experience for the price."

From the moment we got out of the car, concierge Li Haijun proactively helped with our luggage, patiently answered questions about local attractions, and explained the locations and operating hours of the hotel's breakfast, pool, gym, and spa. The front desk even upgraded our room type during check-in. Concierge Li Haijun then delivered our luggage to the room and arranged it for us. Housekeeping was also very responsive; when we needed an extra set of toiletries, they were immediately delivered by a robot. Every staff member was smiling, professional, efficient, and attentive, truly making us feel at home. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and it's also very comfortable for working. The bathtub in the room is huge, and after a day on the high-speed train, a relaxing bath at the hotel was incredibly refreshing. However, the most memorable part was definitely the concierge service. Highly recommend!"
