Modernes Konzept, wer ohne Smartphone und Kreditkarte unterwegs ist, kommt hier leider nicht rein. Aber wer diese Hürde überwunden hat, bekommt hier ein sehr gutes Businesshotel. Buchung, einchecken, auschecken, alles online, selbst wenn kein Personal an der Rezeption Dienst hat. Zimmer zweckmäßig, prima Bad, das Doppelbett könnte etwas breiter sein, Platz genug im Zimmer wäre vorhanden. Frühstück war 1 A, mit einer tollen Auswahl an Müsli, Veganen Aufstrichen und mehr. Dazu kostenfreier Parkplatz vor dem Hotel incl einer Ladestation für E-Autos (kostenpflichtig aber ok). Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Dazu tolle „Kleinigkeiten“, wie die Aufwärmstation in der Lobby, da kann sich der Gast eine kleine Wärmflasche füllen, oder einen Tee kochen. Auch bei Minus 9 Grad Außentemperatur war es im Zimmer wunderbar warm.

The hotel is located on the castle mountain in Heidenheim. Directly next to it is the Congress Centre. There is also a natural theater and the wild park is not far. Also to the castle is not far. The hotel is tasteful and modernly furnished. It's all very clean and ordened. We had the residential suite, this is very spacious and also tasteful and modern furnished. There is a lot of stuff here. The bathroom is large enough. The mattresses are super, you can sleep very well. The breakfast buffet is diverse and for everyone something there. Tasteful, as qualitatively very good. The dinner in the castle restaurant was super. Tasteful as qualitatively very good. The portions are not too small. The atmosphere is also beautiful. Here you cook with love and you taste it. Also the whole team is very friendly and premature. Here is a great team at the start. You can feel very well here and be able to disgust.

After staying for 4 nights, the front desk of the hotel only saw it after checking out on the last day. However, this is the style of others and will not disturb customers. Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon, leider waren unsere Zimmernachbarn Raucher und das hatte zur Folge, dass bei geöffnetem Fenster der Qualm sich in unserem Zimmer verteilte, für Nichtraucher wie uns war es natürlich sehr unangenehm. Bei Temperaturen um die 30° mussten die Fenster am Abend und in der Nacht natürlich offen bleiben! Leider gibt es auf dem Balkon keine Abgrenzungen (Sichtschutz) zu den Nachbarbalkonen, was die Privatsphäre enorm einschränkt. Ansonsten können wir das Hotel auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen, sehr freundliches Personal, große Auswahl beim Frühstück und nicht zu vergessen, das angrenze Hallenbad mit Außenbecken, dass über einen Durchgang im Keller schön zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber das nächste Mal im Nichtraucherbereich.
