The staff were incredibly warm and genuine; they actively helped us plan local routes and even thoughtfully prepared hot milk tea to ward off the cold. The restaurant's local specialties were authentic and delicious, especially the hand-pulled lamb, which was tender and flavorful without any ***** taste. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options too. The hotel's location is convenient, not far from Swan Lake and the Eighteen Bends, making it easy to get around whether you're driving or taking a private car.
