I wanted to thank the staff at Ibaia as they were so lovely with us during our stay. One day at breakfast they had run out of bacon, my children were disappointed but within less than 10 minutes they brought out a large bowl just for them. Also, a huge thank you to Barbara who is just the most wonderful receptionist. She made us feel so welcome. My children loved her so much. This was our second stay here in the residences. It’s beautiful since the renovations.

Parked on the street and went into reception to check out secure parking. Receptionist was friendly and chatty. Allocated room 209. Secure parking was easy, just drive in past reception to the garage, swipe your room card and the door opens. Easy access to the room via the lift. Perfect as we had our 2 dogs with us. The room was spotless and cosy with a lovely view of the harbour and pool. Very comfortable bed but tv is not a smart TV so couldn't screen share from my phone. Strange as the hotel has just been refurbished and everything is new. Wifi is free and good. Lovely hot rain shower and quality toiletries. Unfortunately the coffee machine didn't work. No bar or restaurant. They do serve breakfast but we didn't partake. £111 for the night including dogs and parking, very good value. Will stay again.

We were welcomed by friendly staff on the front desk who also were helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view of the marina. They served a good buffet breakfast. The pool was very nice especially on a hot day There was parking underground. I really couldn't fault hotel Ibaia it was ideally situated and reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Quelle transformation depuis deux ans ! L’hôtel a été entièrement rénové, avec style et avec goût. Chambre spacieuse avec de très bonnes prestations. Le seul bémol fut le petit déjeuner… servi en chambre (un plus) mais salade de fruits fade et un minimum de viennoiseries… il ne méritait pas les 18€ par personne.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est accueillant et au petit soin… L’hôtel est rénové avec goût, on s’y sent vraiment bien ! Petit déjeuner un peu cher mais délicieux et frais. Nous reviendrons

Un séjour dans un hôtel qui mérite véritablement le détour. La rénovation, réalisée avec goût, a installé une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante à cet établissement. Le personnel est d'une amabilité exceptionnelle, accommodant et attentif au bien-être des clients. Bravo pour cette réussite, où chaque détail semble avoir été soigneusement pensé pour offrir une expérience mémorable. Une adresse que je recommande chaleureusement, où l'hospitalité prend tout son sens.

Excellent établissement et extrêmement bien situé. Avons adoré la salle de fitness. Bien rénové, il s agit d une résidence magnifique qui appelle d autres séjours. À deux pas de la belle plage d Hendaye que demander de plus.

Excellent accueil dans cette résidence entièrement rénovée. Personnel aimable et très disponible, soucieux du bien-être de leurs clients au sein de locaux très propres , bien situés et parfaitement bien équipés.

à la réservation de l'hôtel: 3 jours , 2 nuits - chambre confort avec balcon en petit dej: 262 € - en 1/2 pension: 404 € soit 142 € pour 4 diners ce qui fait le repas à 35,5 €. de la lecture du menu que vous présentez au contenu de l'assiette il y a un écart non négligeable; quant aux produits locaux , je n'ai pas vu en 8 jours le moindre morceau de jambon de Bayonne mais de la viande dont on ne connait pas l'origine, du filet de maquereau avec du chou fleur et en dessert une demi poire cuite avec un coulis de chocolat. ça vaut effectivement 22 € mais pas plus. Heureusement que la chambre est confortable et le personnel attentif. bien pour la chambre confort avec balcon, moins bien pour la 1/2 pension
