Good hotel, I’d stay again for that price. It rained the whole time I stayed so having large spaces for people to hangout was very welcome

The swimming pool was out of order upon our arrival. We where given an email address to complain to and they only responded 5 days later!. When we complained we where told that the beach was 200m away. We had to go to the beach on a day that it was extremely windy and 37 degrees! We where never updated on the pool despite asking twice a day. We will never stay here again nor recommend people to do so.

Bonito lugar muy bien ubicado. Mi habitación algo pequeña pero supongo que las hay mas amplias. Las piscinas y el exterior son bonitos. Muy limpio. El Personal muy amable. Se puede aparcar por los alrededores. Repetiría si volviera a Hendaya.

Situation agréable malgré un appartement avec une toute petite terrasse (numéro 2). I i est dommage que ce soit fermé pour les vacances de la Toussaint comme il est dommage que les renseignements donnés par la centrale ne soient pas justes.

Bon emplacement, personnel compétent et attentif. Chambre avec balcon bien équipée, agréable. Cuisine très bonne, petit déjeuner avec du choix. Animation le soir et locaux communs très agréables. Un petit plus l’espace extérieur pour le petit déjeuner dehors.

Les oreillers étaient tout à fait extraordinairement moelleux ! Le personnel très gentil & à l'écoute Le cadre est sympa et la localisation parfaite. à recommander à tous ceux et celles qui aiment loger dans un endroit authentique basque pas trop contemporain et pas compliqué.

une super ambiance une cuisine au top et du personnel au petits soins merci .des repas variés et excellents pour finir par une super paella la chambre est très agréable et surtout très propre -la situation est idéale pour balader et se baigner très belle découverte pour nos amis de la région avec la proximité de l Espagne

Week-end fabuleux. Nous avons adoré. Une authentique bâtisse basque où l’on est accueilli par un personnel charmant et à l’écoute. La plage est à 1 minute à pied que du bonheur ! … Nous avons enfin trouvé notre hôtel à Hendaye. Merci encore à toute l’équipe merveilleuse.
