"Came back for a re-visit been 20 or so times to Arolla. Family have been visiting since 1965. Came with the whole family so a group of 7 of us. Dinner was as always AMAZING. The steak and butter sauce is oit of this world. The fondu was delicious. Give them a visit if you can."

"Pro: - the rooms are spacy. - quick access to the slope. Con: - the room smelt weird. - I was expecting a queen or double size bed. End up with two single put side by side. - the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were tiny and flat. - WARNING: they have a bar in the building so on the weekend they blast the music. We were staying on the 6th floor and the bar is on the 4th. Felt like they were blasting the music in the room next door until 2 am. Couldn’t get any sleep until after 2 - breakfast starts at 7:30, when it really needs to should start a 7am, considering the fact that slopes open at 8am. All in all will never go back"

"Rodzinne wakacje z dwoma małymi dziećmi w zimie. Wspaniały hotel z przytulnymi barami i salonem. Bardzo przyjazny personel i autentycznymi uprzejmościami. Była prawdziwa przyjemność. Duplex apartamenty są niesamowite i bardzo wygodne z dziećmi. Dolina Thyon i Veysonaz / Nandaz to świetne domy narciarskie z słonecznymi zboczami cały dzień i zboczami dla wszystkich rodzajów poziomów narciarskich. Szkoła narciarska Suisse jest dobrze zorganizowana i dzieci ją kochają."

"Regarding the room, the bath towels were all frayed, the dust hadn't been removed from under the beds for several weeks, and the sheets had hair and fur on them. Had they even been changed? As for the meal, the mixed salad was small and barely mixed, the stew was decent, but the extra 5 CHF per person for what was already an ample portion of spätzle was a major disappointment."

The staff was very accommodating as we needed an early breakfast, they prepared a wonderful, rich breakfast with local specialties. I can highly recommend the hotel."
