Fantastic location. Depending on the room amazing views of the ocean and sunrise. Staff are service oriented and helpful with requests. Pool looked amazing, but did not get an opportunity to take a dip as it was autumn season and generally windy and cool. Yes - Pool was not a heated pool.

This place was gorgeous. The views were amazing, andi it was the best for the kids because they had a pool. The staff really helped us and they were always professional. We had an amazing time in this beautiful place and we really hope we can visit again

I received a Great service from his hotel and I will most definitely visit again. Everyone is so welcoming from the reception area, rooms are neat and smell fresh

Stunning hotel, pool side is the best view. I would go there anytime. The rooms are cosy, fresh linen, friendly staff. The food is the best.

For me visiting the town for the first time, I was very nervous, but when I arrived at Harbour house my nerves just went away and I knew I will enjoy my stay.

Excellent helpfull staff Delicious breakfast Stunning spacious room All in all just a great experience Would definately visit again Front desk friendly and very helpfull If we ever come to hermanus again harbour house hotel will definately be our first choice without a doubt .
