"Hotel jest bardzo centralny, bezpośrednio po stronie hotelu. Marketing. Staff is very friendly and I could check in at 14: 00-Uhr. The room was pleasing and was attractive. Niestety rzadka rzecz: Handtuchs are not changed when they are hanged. Also you can wait for room cleaning for a tree plantation. Obszar basenu z sauną i siedzeniem na kominku jest bardzo miły, darmowy i otwarty od 6:30-Uhr. Niektóre rzeczy można sterować i zamówić tabletem. Nie tak wspaniały był wspólny materac w podwójnym łóżku, nie podobało mi się tak bardzo mój plecy."

"One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I Have Had I travel extensively, both for business and leisure, and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across many countries. I am normally quite understanding when things do not go according to plan, but my experience at M&A Hotel Hildesheim was simply unacceptable. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening with our family of six (two adults and four children). We had booked and paid for two rooms that were specifically intended to accommodate all six of us. However, upon check-in we were assigned two rooms that did not provide sufficient sleeping arrangements for our family. When we pointed out the problem, the hotel acknowledged that they could not accommodate six people as booked. Their proposed solution was to place three people in one room and two people in the other. This still left one member of our family without a bed and effectively without a place to sleep. The only remaining option would have been for that person to sleep on the floor or elsewhere, which is obviously an unacceptable and unworkable solution. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the staff. We were met by employees who were unprofessional, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving the problem. There was no meaningful apology and no genuine effort to find alternative accommodation or any reasonable solution. Mistakes can happen at any hotel, but what separates good hotels from bad ones is how they respond when things go wrong. In this case, the hotel failed completely. We were left with no choice but to find another hotel at around 8:30 PM after a long day of travel. Fortunately, we found availability at Novotel Hildesheim. The difference was remarkable. The staff there were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They quickly found a workable solution for our family, and the hotel itself was far more welcoming, comfortable, and pleasant than M&A Hotel Hildesheim. Having stayed at countless hotels around the world, this ranks among the poorest experiences I can remember. A hotel that cannot provide the accommodation that was booked and paid for, and then proposes a solution that leaves one guest without a bed, is simply not meeting basic hospitality standards. I cannot recommend M&A Hotel Hildesheim to families or to anyone who expects professionalism, customer service, and accommodation that matches the booking. If you are choosing between the two, I would strongly recommend staying at Novotel Hildesheim instead."
