Place clean staff good only problem pool and spa not working

We won’t stay there again, it’s worse than motels and it’s not cheap. Sound insulation is very bad, room is not cleaned. We found quite a few hair on the sheet. We left as soon as we woke up and did not even want to have the breakfast there although breakfast is included in our room. Very disappointed at Ramada.

酒店位置不錯，隔壁幾家超市，可以補給食物水
酒店提供免費早餐，種類還可以。

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean facility. The pool was closed (this was noted before booking so it wasn't a surprise) and the ice machine wasn't working, the elevator shakes when it is stopping at your desired floor. Overall everything was fine. Breakfast was hot, rooms were clean, T.V. worked. Really nothing worth complaining about. My daughter and I had a pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you!

I was not happy when I realized the mattress was falling apart. Neither the hot tub or pool was working. None of the ice machines were in working order. The staff was great and the lobby was very well kept. The hotel definitely needs upgrades. The rooms also need upgrades and new mattresses. The springs were coming through as they tore to shreds. I do not recommend staying here.
