"We booked the hotel based on good reviews, however we were disappointed with the service and facility. They were not 24/7 available on desk. It was really an inconvenience for us due to no elevator to go on the second floor. Same limited Breakfast options everyday. No changes in the menu. There were strange noises coming from the washroom as if there was someone inside. Not a great experience staying there."

"We loved this hotel. The check in was easy and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was brilliant. We’re a family of 6 and it’s the best large family room we’ve stayed in. We had two rooms with interconnected doors, one room had two queen beds, the other had a kitchenette, very comfy sofa bed and a king bed in a separate room. So much space, it was wonderful. We slept well despite the noise from the road that could wake you up if you’re a light sleeper. I did notice the noise from the room above us, it could just have been excited children running around but the sound was quite loud. Our children absolutely loved the heated swimming pool with the slide. It was the highlight of their day. The spa was good although the bubbles had some soap scum that we scooped out. Breakfast was pretty good by comparison to others with lots more choice than we’ve seen, including alternative milks. Only thing missing was more healthy options like more fruit and better quality juice. Overall a great stay, I’d give it 9/10!"

"The room was bigger and more comfortable than we had expected. Though next to Highway 16, it was very quiet. It was a popular hotel for groups and families with kids during the period we stayed there. The breakfast had a good variety and the staff were conscientious about keeping everything clean , so turnaround in the mornings was good - never a wait for a table."
