If you wish, you can get transfer service from the airport or bus station by contacting the facility. The hotel is new and very clean. The size and equipment of the rooms are quite sufficient. Dinner was very successful and diverse. Tea, coffee and snacks are also available between 17-18 hours. The hotel has its own store inside the ski resort (Tekir Kapı) where you can rent equipment. Discounts are provided to hotel customers. Their equipment is quite sufficient for new and intermediate users and they are in good condition. If desired, newer equipment can be rented at a slightly higher cost. The hotel owner, manager and staff are very caring and friendly. They do everything they can for your satisfaction. It's a true family hotel and they manage to make you feel like a member of the family. Its price is the best compared to the hotels in the mountain region, and at the same time, it can be tried as the best in terms of performance due to the things I have mentioned above. If you do not want to commute from Kayseri center to the ski resort every day, if you are tired of thinking about what to eat, if you want to rest in the evenings and prepare yourself for the next day, this is the hotel you are looking for.

The spa manager Taner arranged everything for us, including a shuttle -we were picked up from our hotel and were drove back. He is a super responsible and professional person. Thanks to him, we didn’t worry about anything. The receptionist, Sedat, speaks Russian/English, he’s friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the massage by Adel, Luni, Ulan. After skiing, a sauna and a relaxing massage is right what you need!

Танер - профессионал, супер ответственный человек, позаботился о нашем комфорте. Также, организовал сервис - за нами всегда приезжала машина, забирала с горки, из отеля и привозила обратно. Седат - парень на рецепции, говорит по-русски/англ, приветливый, всегда готов помочь. Девушки балийки, Адель, Луни, Улан, делают хороший массаж. После горки, мягкая сауна и массаж - то что нужно. Благодарим за релакс! Our first experience with Lavanda Luxury spa & beauty was at Erciyes Hill Hotel. The spa manager Taner arranged everything for us, including a shuttle -we were picked up from our hotel and were drove back. He is a super responsible and professional person. Thanks to him, we didn’t worry about anything. The receptionist, Sedat, speaks Russian/English, he’s friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the massage by Adel, Luni, Ulan. After skiing, a sauna and a relaxing massage is right what you need!
