Znakomita obsługa!! Zarezerwowany i płatny widok na ocean, ale nie został zapewniony. Wifi było bardzo złe w pokoju i restauracji. Brak telewizora. Jednostka powietrzna jest za mała. Nieruchomość nie znajduje się przy plaży, jak w reklamie, pomiędzy nią jest droga. Na plaży znajdują się premiery należące do hotelowej „restauracji” i należy je skonsumować, aby z nich skorzystać. Moim zdaniem nie warte Twoich pieniędzy.

The staff are kind, polite, & very accommodating. The hotel is well situated, and the beach is a bit quieter than the other nearby hotels that are more towards the town center. The grounds are lovely and well kept. Beds were not very comfortable, but for our budget, we felt confident that this was the best choice.

Close enough to all the action of downtown by a 5 min walk, yet secluded and tranquil and quiet grounds when you want to be away from the hustle and bustle . Close to all dining. Absolutely PERFECT beach cove. Staff and rooms are perfect, clean and everyone is accommodating! Have stayed here three times now, once with our kiddo and she loves the pool and all the staff are so friendly with her. Super safe!

The only thing that if it rains the water on the streets take days for it to drain out. And the taxi charge a whole lot to get around.

Breakfast - starts with tea/coffee, a flavoured water (e.g. hibiscus or tamarind depending on the day), toast with homemade fruit jam, fresh fruit and then your pick of a few options like rancheros, chilaquiles, pancakes and a vegetable crepe- all of which were very good. Room- comfortable bed, air con worked well, nice balcony with hammocks, safe in room, fridge and a hot shower. Hotel- beautiful gardens, comfortable loungers with umbrellas, hotel has pet cats and you can also see iguanas sun bathing in the gardens. At night there were racoons which were more cute than a nuisance. Service- really helpful staff, all very friendly, restaurant staff and reception spoke English. It was my partner's birthday and they put out flowers, balloons and decorations which was lovely. Downsides- the pool was a little cloudy- not sure how clean it was. Although there were loungers for hotel guests, the ones closest to the beach were only for if you paid for the restaurant (min spend 500mxn per person). Although this was explained at check-in, it would have been nice to be able to use these as a hotel guest without charge. Overall though would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely location beachside, with a short 10 minute walk to town for a wide variety of restaurants and bars and even music!
The beach is perfect for swimming, and lieing in shaded lounge chairs.
You do have to oder drinks and food during time at beach, as the seperate restaurant owns the beach lounges …or u can lay on your towel after swimming.
Everything is very clean and well maintained, rooms are comfortable, a little small, and basic , but who spends the daytime in the room? And the price for a beachside room is great.
We would definitely return.

Ideal for a family stay. More space than any of the other places on this stretch of beach, so the kids could play without bothering anyone. Beach itself was great - self contained and the waves not too big for the little ones shallow water for some distance. Restaurant was nice, but also a short walk to all that the town had to office. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is great. It is close to the center of town but just far enough from it to be nice and quiet. It’s an easy 5 minute walk. It’s clean, the staff was very friendly, and the grounds were impeccably maintained. Nice lounge chairs with permanent shade structures right on the beach. I will stay here again when I return.

Our room was perfect right on the edge of the beach, clean, and great staff! This hotel is quiet, but only a couple of blocks from the town. You can walk around the point, literally a couple of hundred feet, if you want some action, i.e. music, but return to a relaxing beach that this hotel offers. The bar/restaurant staff is who you come in contact with the most. Andrea and Luis are the best! Andrea can make a mean mojito, and Lazaro, the chef doesn't disappoint with his ceviche among other dishes.
