"The hotel far exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, peaceful, full of plants and rustic. One block from the sea. The breakfast is very rich, it has coffee with vegetable milk, fruit juice, pancakes, fruit, scrambled eggs, cereals, granola, yogurt, bread. The dinners are also delicious; Usually there are three different dishes of your choice + salads. They are seasoned in the Mexican style and the quantity is very good. We also understand that the next reservations will be without dinner. Everything is very well organized by Víctor and Óscar. They have a super friendly treatment with all guests and are very helpful, both for doubts/queries regarding the hotel as well as tours or things to do on the island. We left very happy. We would return to the hotel because the stay was wonderful. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it if you decide to go."

"The rooms are equipped with the bare essentials – Mexican standards, some showers have low water pressure. The mattresses are great, but the breakfast is very greasy, with lots of fried food; for us, it's more like a lunch. It definitely needs more."

"Room was nice, design is cute. Unfortunately really noisy depending on the room you get. There’s several bars nearby and some you can hear everything until 2 am. Some rooms are quieter though. Location is good if you like to go out. If not then you’re just in the epicenter of noise. Cleanliness was good but they never came to clean the rooms/fill up water/take the trash. Staff was nice and helpful."

"Really pretty hotel in a quieter area of Holbox but still close to everything. I just felt so comfortable and had a great sleep , Breakfast was included and was lovely. The staff were so helpful . We were able to check in early and we were able to leave our bags at reception and use their facilities on our checkout too . Which I was really grateful for in the heat."

"Hotel jest uroczą spokojną oazyą w pobliżu centrum wszystkiego i dwóch bloków do plaży, ale naprawdę czuje się, jakby jest w swoim własnym świecie. Dekoracja pokojowa jest spokojna i neutralna i czuje się bardzo organiczna. Menedżer, Isra, jest wyjątkowy. Oprócz uwagi, zawsze dostępnych i niezwykle świadomych, był również bardzo empatycznie związany z sytuacją, którą mieliśmy i poszliśmy ponad i poza. Byłoby miło mieć trochę więcej odzieży w pokoju – mały klatka szuflady pod półką powieszenia byłaby nieutrudniona i pomocna. Byłoby również miło mieć, być może, trochę dostępu do lodów lub gdzieś, aby zachować trochę lodu na wieczorny napoj na balkonach, ale to są drobne kwibbles i co było inaczej naprawdę uroczy pobyt. Basen nie jest ogromny, ale jest wystarczająco długi, aby zrobić obrączki. Śniadanie w hotelu siostry na plaży jest dokładnie to, czego chcieliśmy – świeżych owoców, i soku z pasty i kawy. Spożyliśmy tutaj pięć i czuliśmy się całkowicie relaksowany."

"Było to naprawdę miłe na zdjęciach na ************, ale rzeczywistość była inna. Była chaos wszędzie, restauracja była zamknięta i zakłócała się bardziej jak widok na budowę. Internet był bardzo biedny i stał się włączony/wyłączony (bardzo niestabilny). Aby wziąć gorący prysznic, trzeba włączyć ogrzewanie wody 5-10 min wcześniej. Lodówka była bardziej jak zamrażarka - wszystko zamrażane. Nie gdzieś będę ponownie rezerwować i cena była droga w porównaniu do usługi w ogóle."
