"We had a delightful stay with you! The Christmas decorations were stunning! We loved the tall Christmas tree laden with crystal, red and silver ornaments that greeted us in the beautiful lobby. And the charming farm-themed photo nook was gorgeous and heartwarming! We also loved the simple but powerful statement of the nativity scene on the grand piano. The soft carols playing in the background were lovely. The hospitality was wonderful as well!  Everyone was so friendly and helpful-especially the two sisters:)!  The breakfast and evening snacks were delicious -especially the Amish cookies with maple frosting! The rooms were comfortable and clean, although I missed some of the old-fashioned charm with the updates. We would stay there again in a minute. It was nothing short of magical."

"Arrived at this place to find out they had no room available person said they have room available if you walk up twenty stairs I told the person my wife is on wheelchair we can’t so the person looked at his computer for10 minutes said he found one place about mile down the road said fine when he told me exactly where it was I knew this place is horrible person said that’s all he have we had no choice but to take it room was smelly clean but dirty smell will never stay at Berlin heritage inn ever."

"This is an awesome place to stay. Haven't been here since 2020. Sunday night and Tuesday night they have a meal from 5-7. This was really nice. Beautiful facility, very clean, nice location, beautiful view around the facility. They have a very nice outside patio with fire pits. The swimming pool and hot tub were very clean. Check in and out was very good and the lady was very nice. Breakfast was a nice spread too. Very very nice experience. I give it a 10/10."

"Zaskoczyłem mojego męża nocą od szaleństwa życia z 3 dziećmi. Zostaliśmy w Treehouse B. Drzewo było niesamowite! Bardzo czyste i dobrze zachowane, projekt i rzemieślnictwo są wspaniałe. Otwarta koncepcja, z dużym łóżkiem królewskim, była bardzo przytulna. Jest również w tym rodzaj osobistych udogodnień, które pary szukają. Duża wanna bańka bąbelkowa i prywatny wanna 2-person na porcie były zmartwione! Nie tylko relaksujesz się z mężem w osobistej, oddzielonej gorącej wannie, ale robisz to wśród drzew - zbyt doskonale! Nie mielismy czasu, aby sprawdzić pola lub dzielony basen/grzej wanny i sala ćwiczeń. Jeśli naprawdę chcesz się przerwać i uciec z Twoim kochającym, to jest idealne miejsce!"

"The first time I stayed at comfort inn, the overall feeling was very good! The big bed room is large, with a sofa and a cabinet with a pool similar to a kitchen stove. In addition to the refrigerator, there is a microwave in the room. The hotel environment is very good, the first floor is very well decorated, the swimming pool is early, the restaurant is also very good. There are a lot of people staying, but most of them are elderly in the United States, and some Amish people are staying with children! The surrounding environment of the hotel is quite beautiful, especially when the sun is setting, sitting on the hotel terrace with a cup of tea or a glass of wine, watching the sunset, the Amish people driving the carriage, as if back a long time ago!"
