Inside as well has all the essentials. It includes: microwave, stove, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, TV, WIFI, water heater on the bathroom & kitchen, air conditioner inverter, one queen bed, and a kitchen table. Completely Private, it is surrounded by tall fences and a big ceiling outside, thus, you can use the pool no matter if it's raining. It is based on Bali/indonesian style. It has some items that are imported directly from Indonesia Bali. ** It is Weld (Soldado), thus, the cube home is made to protect against Earthquakes, storms and hurricanes. This means the safety of the guest is secure in any case.Guests when they arrive will see a sign that mentions: El Rinconcito. You will go down that road and will proceed to enter the big land (Around 1 Acre). CubeHome is on the same land as 1 house & the RV Unit. The pool is for use only for the guests of the Cube Home, so is private (not shared). Guests please, if you are expecting a studio which is completely on a deserted place where only you and your company will be alone on the complete area, it is not like that. We offer complete privacy, but again, you share the Land with a house and another unit which has separation between the Cube Home. **The cubehome is 23 feet so is like a studio. The apartment is just a few steps from the cozy Rincon beach - less than a 1 minute walk! It is walking distance to the city center, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, art and cultural activities. Enjoy the best surfing beaches - 5 minutes by car. Also, you can easily enjoy water sports like surfing, banana boat ride, jet ski, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing and more.The spaceSeahorse Beach House is my dream come true! As a child, I visited the Rincon area with my family for vacations and we always had such a great time at the beach and around town. Happy times and happy memories!
