This villa is located in the beautiful gated Wyndham Ocean Ridge community and 5 minutes from the beach.This Villa is located on the THIRD floor with steps. NO ELEVATOR. The condo has a spiral staircase leading to the loft. It might be hard for the elderly or disabled.Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our very best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.Please note that the fireplace is decorative only and not to be used. •The condo is basically equipped with all the basics for cooking (pots, pans, plates, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker (standard and Keurig), etc - cooking condiments are not provided). I will provide one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. I will also provide one towel and one wash cloth per guest no matter how long your stay. If you need more, please bring them. There is a small washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs. Please bring your own detergent.Other things to note1. Please keep in mind that South Carolina has it's fair share of insects and other creatures. It's not uncommon for a Palmetto bug (looks similar to a roach) to get into the homes on the island. Also, small Anole lizards try and get in the homes. Our home is sprayed every few months for bugs.2. The condo is so close to the beach that the tap water is slightly salty, which is completely normal and safe. If you do not like the taste, Edisto has a small grocery store just 5 mins away where bottled water can be purchased.
