This one bedroom efficiency was completely renovated in October 2022. The studio is the perfect coastal getaway! With its fun location minutes from the beach this is the perfect place to start and end your day on Edisto. It sleeps 2 on a Murphy Bed. This Island Resort getaway is situated directly across from the resort pool ( Amenities pass purchase is required-see below), miniature golf, coffee and ice cream shop, island bike rentals and a pond that is perfect for turtle watching! It is an approximate 5 minute bike ride to the beach. There is parking at the condo with 6 steps up to the front door. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the small outdoor balcony. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The property includes a washer and dryer. The complete kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, 4-eye small stove top and oven, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and eating-cooking pieces. What a fun place to get away and at a fun price!
Ella and Ollies just a 3 minute walk away. There are other restaurants accessible by car and some even by bike.

Don't feel like cooking? No worries, there are tons of options you can walk or bike to!
House sleeps 12 comfortably: 1 King and a set of fold out bunk beds in the master, 1 queen and a set of fold out bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The 3 full baths, plus an outdoor shower makes it easy for multiple families to stay.

Two queen bedrooms anchor the main floor, each bright and comfortably appointed for restful nights. To ensure the house is staged perfectly for your arrival, please communicate your preferred bed setup (2 Queens, 1 Queen and 2 Twins, or 2 Queens and 3 Twins) once your booking is confirmed. For easier transport to the sand, we offer a specialized, heavy-duty large-wheeled aluminum wagon that easily handles the soft Edisto sand. You will also find fishing rods, a hammock, Micro scooters for the kids, riding toys, and beach towels waiting when you arrive. For dining, we provide a traditional Weber charcoal grill and a separate propane burner with a stock pot—perfect for a proper Lowcountry seafood boil under the trees.

You can hear the ocean waves and experience the ocean breezes as you enjoy the creek and private dock. The spacious living room opens to the dining room and kitchen. The living room contains a full wet bar and ice maker. There is also a fireplace for the cooler months.
This expansive space all overlooks a beautiful deep water creek and marsh and then also the ocean. The porch runs the length of the house and is furnished with comfortable wicker. Whether you enjoy a cup of coffee or an evening cocktail, you will never want to leave this porch! Through large French doors, the dining room and well-stocked kitchen are ready to cook for you and your crowd. The master bedroom is downstairs with an en-suite bath and jacuzzi garden tub. French doors in the master open to the wonderful porch and hammock. There is plenty of space for families and kids to spread out in the upstairs second den/playroom, equipped with TV and a full size piano. Six additional bedrooms will surely accommodate you and your friends. A second bedroom (twins) with en-suite bath is located downstairs. Upstairs are 5 BR and 2 full baths. The full baths open onto the halls and are accessible to all.
